The ambience of the hotel was really lovely. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were clean and tidy and well appointed. All were tastefully decorated. The breakfasts provided plenty of variety and were very tasty. The wait staff were extremely attentive.

Really great hotel, spacious room, very clean, great breakfast and we had a massage which was really nice as well. Across from the hotel is a great izakaya restaurant. They can’t really book transport for you so just be aware of that if you want to cross the border to Laos. But easily to be arranged by yourself at the busstation.

There was nothing I didn't like. While there's no pool or gym, it is close to the park for morning walks and the night markets.

1. The staff at Yuu are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, & prepared quickly every time. 3. The entire hotel is intimate and very clean - much preferred to huge & non-personal. 4. Cleanliness is top notch.

The wooden doors squeaked a little but not a big issue. Sometimes you'll hear the occasional airplane over head but not a big issue as well. The refrigerator made a knock here and there but I'm sure that's normal. A gym would be really nice.

I really liked the smell of the room, the coffee shop downstairs, the staff always greeting me, the room service was really good and friendly as well. And the location was good if you're catching a grab ot driving to a night markets or Sunee shopping mall. I like the healthy juice selection and it felt really relaxing to just sit in the coffee shop and drink coffee.

Madela menu of e-sarn food was totally wrong and utterly unattractive for a hotel of this nature. With an international clientel, menu could and should be improved to include both Thai and international specialties incl. room service menu. Hardly any customers seen! A simple lunch menu of international and Thai food would be attractive to guests. Rooms facing main road very noisy from traffic. Next time, a quiet room in the back will be requested!

Breakfast was fine - though availability of breads incl. croissants was limited. Parking both in front and in the back was nice. Boutique atmosphere and european style.

The location is the best, we can walk to the restaurant, and very convenient.

The massage was good however due to the language barrier it was too hard for me and it was quite painful. Equally for a man they push down whilst you're laying on your stomach so it causes pain in the unmentionables!

All of the staff were super friendly and despite the language barrier, they really tried to accommodate us. It's located near the park, museum and is only a short taxi ride (10 mins) from the night market and bus station. The beds are super comfy and the room size is great! Free water in the room and the breakfast is super expansive and included in the price. Highly recommend staying here!

This was my 5th stay at this hotel and I have never been disappointed. The rooms are well equipped, each of them with its own original design. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast menu offers a great variation. Finally, the location in the heart of the city could not be better.

Only problem was the lack of electricity socket in the bathroom. I needed it for shaving. So I had to charge my razor in the bedroom to use it later in the bathroom

Closer to city center and to the airport. Good breakfast. Somewhat eclectic decoration but it feels perfect.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, each room and area having it's own decor character. We especially loved the painted artwork in the rooms and stairway. The breakfast choice was fantastic. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thank you.
