Everything was great.

Everything about this property was nice. It was fairly priced, spacious and very close to Kata beach, about 10 minutes walk. The pool was great too. We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The manager was very polite and friendly. Housekeeping girls were polite and smiling. We will stay again.

I had to eat in a couple of times as I had work calls to handle time and not time to have dinner out. I organized some take away but I would have appreciated if there was cuttleries available at reception or in the room.

Location is good - Quiet location which is reached easily from the airport by the airport shuttle bus. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Beach is easily accessible. Place is very clean and in perfect condition.

Water pressure in the shower was very poor, so taking a shower was a bit lengthy process adjusting between hot and cold taps as well all the time. Though everything else was good.

The location: walking distance to Kata beach and all the facilities around, direct access to the pool from the room, parking at the hotel free of charge. Room was clean and tidy.

Price was reasonable compare to other hotel as this was a pick season with Chinese New Year. The staff was great and the hotel clean and with a nice pool. The location is great with a lot of restaurant but 15 min from the beach. Perfect if you hire a motorbike to move around. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. I will definitely be back as this is very good value for money

The apartments are beautiful! Really clean, so much space and a separate living room with smart tv. Rooms were cleaned everyday and there was a lovely pool. Lovely quiet location around 15 minutes walk to the beach although there are great restaurants and bars beside. We would recommend and stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Palm Residence Kata! We had a Thai-style suite that was just beautiful, with a nice mix of comfort and elegance. The room was incredibly spacious, with a separate living room and a large balcony overlooking the stunning swimming pool. The serene atmosphere made it a perfect getaway, and the location was ideal for exploring Kata Beach. Nearby many coffee shops, restaurants and a 7 eleven which was crucial for us I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kata.

We had a ground floor room. Biggest issue was Bathroom plumbing which was TERRIBLE with no ventilation. Even the bathroom/sewage from the room right above would seep down into the rooms bathroom. Hard bed (personal preference), hard sofa, room not cleaned for all 3 nights (partly our fault but not entirely). Staff is cordial but could not always find them around, a bit of a walk down to the beach (15-20 mins). Rooms could do with some plants and interior decor.

Looked new-ish, pool and interior atrium looks nice, quiet and empty, kind enough to give an early check-in (10am), reasonably located
