Nice hotel.I stay 21 days and was happy. Everyday cleaning room and changing bedings.air condition work good.big shower.beds was very comfy. Downstairs is Foodie and panda cuisine.recommend both tasty food and fresh.reccomend dumplings with pork from Panda and Foodie too it was nice food.

We didn’t know the pool was closed, got told when checked in. Staff was good and upgraded our room because of pool closure. Also a bit confusing as it stated breakfast was included, yet on arrival was told they didn’t provide breakfast.

- On my first night, the staff forgot to cover my pillow and I only realized this when I woke up the next morning. - No wifi connection specifically for my room. The receptionist suggested I connect to the other room but the speed was pretty bad. Watching video keep buffering. - Electric kettle was in poor condition. - The phone in the room was not set up. No information on how to call the reception on the phone as well.

- The king size bed was awesome! - The pool was great. - Receptionist & cleaning ladies are very nice.

The side I stayed in didn’t have a lift which wouldn’t bother me usually but was slow to get luggage down due to injury. Note that I also did not go down and ask for help either. I’m sure they would have if I asked because they carried it all up!

Has exactly what you need. Nice pool area. Clean. Can always tell a place by the towels, and they were nice! It’s a little noisy from outside. No carpets so you hear peoples cases being wheeled. All staff were amazing and helpful.

The location is good but not great It's 30-45 minutes by taxi to patong which worked for me because I wanted a little bit further from the business

The water in the bathroom got extremely hot in the afternoons, which was disappointing and unexpected for the rent charged. The location can also be a worry for some- but some people like the Old Town too!

The pool is nice, even though its a bit smaller than some of the online photos suggest. The architecture of the hotel is interesting, perhaps emanating a mediterranean vibe. The restaurant just next to the hotel was open until 1am, which helped us a lot in our last night in Phuket.

AC was not too strong.They could get some more staff .They did not have a restaurant which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms were good size, comfortable and clean with a small balcony and adequate bathroom. Location was central.
