They kept our passports in the reception for the whole 2 nights we stayed there. It was the first time something like this ever happened to us and they claimed that it was mandatory. No other hotel/hostel ever asked to keep the passports.

The bathroom in the 4-person room smells bad, the cleanliness is average, and the air conditioning is on most of the time. Me and two other people in the room got sick when we got into the cold room. But other than that, the staff is very nice and helpful. (We didn't ask them to turn the air conditioning off or up because there were other people in the room too). The location is good for those who like the lively nightlife.

I booked a 4-bed dorm. The room was small, there were small lockers under the bunks but no other option to put luggage. The beds didn't have curtains or a lamp. The mattress was hard. Very hard. For the price they asked I would expect this to be better.

Right in the center between all the bars and restaurants. Short walk to the beaches. 10% off in the restaurant and at blanco beach bar. Organise pub crawl and boat party.

The staff is not supportive and good. Especially the person who sits at the reception.

Budget friendly hostel near the prime location. And having a comfy bed.

The worst hostess I've ever encountered, . Very unpleasant, speaks in a disrespectful manner, to say the least. I suggest management conduct a review because this is completely unacceptable.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming at the reception desk. You don’t feel pressured into joining social nights and the hostel is in a good location. I prefer the quieter scene so this was a better choice to the beach blanco

It was a bit noisy as we had the first room up the stairs where everyone passed walking by.

Nice little room. We were only able to stay one night as it was fully booked but our stay was overall quite fine.

The beds were hard, it felt like you were sleeping on the floor or on a rock and your back hurt. That's the bad thing.

The stuff is very friendly and the help you in everything was 3 minutes to the beach and clubs

None of the beds in the rooms have curtains so privacy is pretty limited. Also the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t awful by any means.

The location of this hostel for Phi Phi is great, right in the middle of the town, and a quick 5 minute walk from pretty much everywhere. The hostel bar is also nice This hostel is also not loud at early hours in the morning like other hostels on Phi Phi. We stayed at both Blanco Beach Bar and Blanco Central and definitely preferred Blanco Central. A decent place to stay after a night out on the island. Facilities were okay and staff were lovely

The bar downstairs wasn’t serving alcohol so there was never anyone in it, went to the blanco beach for themed night, nobody was in the theme. Party was a bit dead compared to other hostels I’ve been at.

We had a private room which was basic but nice enough. The girl who checked us in was lovely. Free shots in blanco bar and discount was nice, central location.

They have to keep your passports as a form of deposit to make you pay in case you ruin anything as it’s a ‘party hostel’. The toilets flooded every time you used the shower, stains all over walls and mirrors not wiped so fairly dirty but you can overlook this

WiFi was unreliable, bathroom lacked functionality and continuous presence of ants. Couple of loud bars with music until at least 11pm nearby.
