Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Comentario auténticoLa ubicación es lo mejor, aunque no tanto. Tenes que ir con las valijas por la playa porque no tiene entrada a calle con pavimento.
Los colchones eran durísimos, el aire acondicionado funcionaba solo en un horario determinado. En las habitaciones de 8 hay 1 solo baño. La habitación siempre está sucia, dependes de la otra gente sea ordenada, como queda en la playa, siempre entran con los pies llenos de arena y eso ensucia todo el tiempo la habitación. No hay cortinas en las camas.

If the AC temperature isn't too your liking just ask our reception staff, bar staff or the security team to have it changed for you. This is signposted throughout the ho stel alongside our air-con rest times. Generally, AC units will either break or leak water if they are run extremely cold and / or for excessively long periods of time. During our air-con rest times you can hang out in our Netflix room instead with AC, a big TV and comfy sofas. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Todo mal , camas incomodisimas , huéspedes irrespetuosos, entraron en la habitación compartida y vomito uno de ellos , tuvimos que salirnos y dejar el hotel ya habiendo pagado para dos noches porque esa noche no pudimos dormir debido al incidente del vomito un ASCO. Tampoco se disculparon los chicos ni el hostel puso ninguna solución

Música durante todo el día por nada, se entiende que es un hostal de fiesta pero sin gente no hay fiesta ni razón de poner música todo el día…

Comentario auténticoPersonas consumiendo cocaina dentro de ma habitación a las 12 o 1 de la mañana, haciendo ruido excesivo, sumado al de la música del hostel que funciona hasta las 2am todos los días. En el lavamanos de los baños no hay ni siquiera jabón.

Es un bar discoteca, en las habitaciones se escucha todo. Imposible descansar. El baño tenia moho. Personal irrespetuoso.... Todo mal

Comentario auténticoHay buen ambiente de fiesta. Si pretendes descansar no vas a poner, ponen la música muy alta hasta las 2 de la madrugada. El personal es muy amable.
Te quitan el mando del aire acondicionado, alguna noche sentí frío en la habitación ya que estaba demasiado bajo. Para que lo apaguen o suban la temperatura tienes que bajar a la recepción y preguntarles. También tienes que dejar el pasaporte cuando llegas, te lo devuelven cuando haces el check out.
