We don’t even know where to start! Such an amazing experience at Billion Views Khaosok Homestay. Firstly, the views and overall atmosphere are just breathtaking. We could easily spend every morning having a coffee, looking at the mountains, and listening to the wildlife. Secondly, both hosts were incredibly calm and welcoming. They helped us with everything we needed—transportation, booking activities, food, and anything else that came up. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Just keep in mind that the apartments are a bit farther from the city and main activities, so you might need to ask the hosts for a lift or book a van.

Unforgettable Mountain Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had staying in a private apartment. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to the breathtaking scenery surrounding this beautiful villa nestled in the mountains of Khao Sok. The views are absolutely stunning — you can soak them in from your bed, the breakfast table, or while relaxing on the villa’s spacious balcony. It’s pure serenity. The villa itself was gorgeous: very spacious, with high ceilings and an upscale yet authentic wooden interior that felt both luxurious and true to its natural setting. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our host, Chomponut, and the outstanding service she provided. Even before we arrived, she helped us plan everything remotely through simple chat. From a selection of available tours, she tailored one specifically to our schedule and interests — it couldn’t have been a better fit. Everything was arranged effortlessly, including pickup directly from the villa. Breakfast was delicious, but the real highlight was dinner. It felt like having a private chef who prepared a thoughtful, well-balanced, and authentic Thai meal with great variety. Enjoying it on the balcony with the panoramic views in the background made for a truly unforgettable evening. This is a magical place! We loved everything — the views, the grounds, and the lovely dog that lives there. The scenery was breathtaking, and the peacefulness of the area was incredible — we could almost "hear the silence". The homemade food was delicious, and it was a treat to enjoy our meals while admiring the view. The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. It was an outstanding experience — the perfect place to relax and reset your mind. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a perfect place to stay! We would rather stay here longer than one night, because you can spend your whole day just observing "billion views" from your spectacular terrace! The homemade dinner was amazing- it was worth choosing this option while staying in this place! In addition, the excursions were well organised. We were visiting elephants' sanctuary - it was something unforgettable! The owners are very welcoming and kind, there was a feeling that you were visiting your relatives! We would definitely like to come back!

Definitely the best place to stay in Khao Sok. Stunning view worth more than bilion dollars!! Amazingly helpful staff. Our family loved Mali, the dog living in the premises. Peaceful area and beautiful garden and farm. The owner helped us with arrangements for visiting the national park, bamboo rafting and trekking. The area is a perfect spot to fly a drone.

Amazing hospitality, very welcoming hosts. The location is breathtaking, and the home-cooked food was delicious. The place offers day trips to the lake, which are very easy to get to. We also did the jungle trekking, which was nice.

There is no AC in the rooms, which normally wouldn’t be an issue for us, but here we could hear people in the neighboring rooms and on their terraces talking late into the night, as we couldn’t close the windows due to the heat.

The view was absolutely stunning! The staff was friendly and they made us very delicious authentic thai dishes. Loved our own terrace too. They also helped us with a day-trip to Khao-Sok. Recommend it!

There is no air conditioning, which might be challenging for some in the summer but the room was very comfortable with fans and so it was not a problem for us.

Wonderful hosts and amazing location with panoramic views of the mountains. Excellent and beautifully presented food and we took the optional evening meal, eating on the verandah with views of the mountains. Beautiful clean spacious room with lovely furniture. They also arranged the tour in the national park which was spectacular and bamboo rafting which was a delightful experience. Would love to go back again.

Even more magical and beautiful than we imagined. We wished we stayed longer than just one night. The location is about 20 minutes from the Main Street in Khao Sok. It’s so peaceful & the views are truly spectacular. The rooms and dining area overlook a whole maintain range & the lovely gardens of the property. Every detail is beautiful - from the tiling to the bowls of flowers left everywhere. Plus, the food is just incredible! Absolute banquets of deliciousness. Definitely stay here when you visit Khao Sok!
