Parts of the bathroom faucets were falling apart, our key broke, and the staff were not always around or hard to find. The staff were very kind and quick to respond to our needs, we just had to wait around at times to catch someone walking by and there was no clear signs to a reception desk. When we wanted to leave in the morning to catch our ferry the front door was locked and we had to go to the beach to walk and find our way back out to the street. Again there was nobody around to help us in the morning. There were stains on the walls, that looked like blood stains.

It had a beautiful view and the beach was an easy and convenient walk to get to restaurants and the ferry.

I knew when booking there were no dining facilities and this was fine for a short stay but think would become tedious if there for a longer period of time.

Loved the location of our room which opened onto the beach . Room itself was beautifully decorated.Perfect!

Besides check-in, I never saw any staff or at least didn't know who was part of the staff. Also would't have known how to contact them if I had any questions.

Pool area is very beautiful, especially at night. Room is lovely furnished and well equiped, beach right in front of the hotel. At the time of my stay it was pretty calm there.

Whole place is tastefully done. It’s right at the sea and view is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable bed. Loved the pool. It is surely not a regular hotel. Not always manned by staff, that could be a bit of pain when you want anything. They do not have any restaurants in the property which I felt was missing. Although there are lot of restaurants at 5-7 mins bike ride. We wanted to just sit by the beach and wanted a drink, had to go out for that. Overall 10/10 for the location and rooms. I would stay there again.

When we were shown to our room were told the keypad wasn’t working, which meant we would have to lock the room with a flimsy padlock, we were a bit apprehensive to this as it wouldn’t have been difficult at all to force the door open. Plus the two safes in the room wouldn’t operate. So the safety element wasn’t the best. Once inside we could see it was a beautiful looking room on the surface, but once you tried using the facilities we quickly realised it wasn’t being up kept to a good standard, the bath was non functioning, the water pressure was terrible (it would switch from hot/cold & high/low pressure every few seconds), the main tap would leak when used & the wardrobe had a very musky smell, we ended up putting a reed diffuser inside and leaving the doors open throughout our stay. The facilities outdoors were good but there isn’t much space around the pool to relax, only 2 little sun beds, and the beach access is a nice touch but the water is very murky and it isn’t the nicest beach (but this is a personal preference) The staff were friendly, but due to the lack of reception this felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. They didn’t change towels & bedding throughout our stay, only emptied bins.

The staff were smiley, our beach front suite was truly stunning, and really felt like a home away from home, with the most amazing view to the ocean. There was a TV in the room (with Netflix) which we liked, coffee pods provided for the Nespresso machine.Overall it was a peaceful location, we could even hear the waves all night. We went out on the kayak that was provided by the hotel which was a nice touch, the pool itself was very well kept and a good size. Despite the negative feedback below, we did see past these points and highly enjoyed our stay.

Should provide slippers and toothpaste in room, wardrobe was very bad smell so we could not keep our clothes in there (maybe not all rooms like this), bathroom was dark and only one mirror in room which was in dark bathroom so not good for girls who want to do make up! Check out 12 but we had hotel worker knocking on our door at 11.50 asking when we are leaving

If no curtains (little bit dirty), people can see you in the toilet from the pool (lol) Plan a scooter because it's a little far from things :) When it's raining, you can hear it a lot from the back of the bathroom

The location was on a busy main road, 30min was in either direction to get to any town. only good if you have your own car. Taxis constantly try to rip you off. it’s much smaller than I thought having looked at the photos. not the nicest beach outside it’s a bit murky.

Room 124 and 125 are above a little cocktail bar witch can be noisy ably a few sunbeds around the pool but perfect for swimming in . Most staff didn’t speak English

They aren’t change new towels and didn’t take wet towels as we were went to the pool, don’t have safe, pool is dirty, not change new glasses as it been used, before we left also asked housekeeping to lock the door but when got back at late night Door was unlocked.

It wasn’t clean , dirty glass , mirrors , lights , had to ask for fresh towels , linen was changed in the 8 th day . No cleaning in the 10 days , no extra water . Couldn’t find staff to ask for things . There is no food the kitchen is closed the furniture outside is mouldy , there is one deck chair for the whole resort .

The property is very comfortable and private. There aren’t many amenities and you will need to go out to eat but for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is one of the best in terms of comfort and style.

You can’t stay here for longer than 1 night if you’re expecting “ hotel service”. There is nobody around EVER. I was approaching my 4th day at this hotel and my room hadn’t been cleaned, no fresh towels etc. The music from the bar kept us awake for 3 nights of our stay, unbearably loud until 3am for such a small resort. We spent all of our time 15 minutes down the road at another hotel where we could have breakfast, great service, the same beautiful view and some atmosphere.

The only good thing about this place is the room and the view, everything else is shocking.

We had a very bad experience !!! We found out the the price in booking was triple than the real price! We asked for extra blanket - the staff refuse and we have big fight with them. The rooms were dirty!! The water didn’t work for 2 times!!! We had a big cockroach in the bath!!! cockroach

no reception, no staff and they try to charge me after I checked out for blocking the drain with stones about 1 hour after we checked out. we used the shower twice and we have no reason to try and block it! disgusting behaviour
