My second time here,in 2023 july i paid $50 a night, this August (2025) its gone up to $70 a night but again the pool was out of order, which in my opinion made me overvalued

If you don’t specifically book for a pool view, you will be looking at a wall or the front of another hotel. The hotel is in a prime location next to Soi 6 and the beach, but so are many others. All the smaller places are in the same boat. The front of the building has views though these two are obscured somewhat by more distant taller buildings. The swimming pool was out of action the whole time I was there.Didn’t greatly worry me as I rarely swim, but it is a good sized pool and would be a welcome addition. Travelling alone, the breakfast option was expensive for one.

Initially I disliked this property. There was a misunderstanding through poor communication, but I paid extra after arrival to sort it out. The rooms are big and cleaned regularly. The price is probably OK for what you get. But what made this place for me was the staff. They are good people who aim to please. Sometimes hotel policy dictates their action but I think the sincerity of the staff is beyond question. Without them the experience would have been a much lesser one. Leave them a tip. They deserve one working as they do in a non ac lobby.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance and hotel did not contact us prior to arrival. Also bar is not available onsite.

Clean, tidy and close to main street, 7-11, laundry, shops, bars and cafes. Market is 1 block over. Aircon only available in rooms, so lobby and restaurant can get hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was not an issue for me, but wanted to let other travellers know that there is no hairdryer or face cloths in rooms.

Big room, Cleanliness, Location, Short walking distance to the beach. Can also walk to Terminal 21, Tiffany, Alcazar, Central outlet, etc.

The rooms were a bit old. It is mainly cosmetic, but for the price it was ok.

The personnel was helpful, and the cleaning team was efficient and diligent. The room was always clean. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked properly in "silent" mode at night.

Construction noises in nearby building, but it's not their fault. Jacuzzi inside swimming pool not working.

While the beds weren’t very comfortable, the price and location were excellent.

Hotel with stunning sea views, just a short walk to the beach, and a private pool. The rooms were clean, and overall it was a good stay.

The breakfast menu needs expanding. I did not like the fact that a mattress that had fresh urine stains on it ws left outside the 6th floor elevator to dry out. It stunk.

the bed was a little on the soft side, walls were a bit thin as you could hear your neighbours, and the air conditioning unit seems to stick at a little higher 24 degree temperature no matter how low you set it on the remote control, which made the room slightly warmer than desired.

Fairly priced £32 per night, good location with decent sized rooms and wash facilities, room and wash rooms were clean.

I feel the bed mattress needs to be more comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great .

The staff were very nice and helpful and always smiling. The location was good, near the beach. The room was clean and spacious.
