Have stayed here many times and it's now looking tired and unloved. Everything is clearly dated and in need of refurbishment. The gym - well they might as not bother as none of the cardio worked and everything else looked from a bygone age. TIP - Coco Fitness on Beach Rd only 299 baht for a day or1600 for a week.

Very quiet as away from it all. The seaview is quite glorious and is THE main selling point. Breakfast is usual Thai fare - ok. Price is incredibly low. It's a 10 min walk to Terminal 21 and the baht bus route starts nearby, so everywhere is accessible.

Rooms on the 2nd floor with a sea view may experience some noise from the back of house of the neighboring hotel, so the balcony door needs to be kept closed at all times.

The manager misinformed me about the late check-out policy. During check-in, he verbally assured me that I could stay in the hotel without additional payment until 6 PM and would only need to pay for any time beyond that. However, when it came time to check out, the situation was entirely different. He quoted an amount verbally, did not issue an invoice, and failed to provide a receipt, raising concerns about whether the payment was properly accounted for. Furthermore, I had contacted the hotel through Booking.com in advance, but their responses were significantly delayed, arriving only after the issue was no longer relevant. If I had received accurate and timely information, I would have planned my stay differently.

Balcony was quite small, some small bugs (i belive ants ) were in the bathroom and kitchen. Freezer was not working.

Family room was big, got everything you need but furiture and the room itself was outdated. Breakfast was good , different options in buffe - sometimes staff was struggeling to fill empty trays.
