Maybe the food variety was a little bit to little for room service so would be better if I could work and eat in my room.

I like the design and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was easy was not able to get early check in or check out but overall was good. Got free welcome drinks and have a sauna that was good use.

A little away from the main buzz of Nimman but still walkable. I killed a small cockroach in our room :(

Comfy bed and good shower. Colonial feel with black and white decor, the pool looked inviting although we didn’t use it because of the rain. Friendly staff.

The drainage in the shower can be better.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel overall is very clean and neat. Restaurant and bar are well decorated and managed. Location is convenient, walking distance to a nice shopping mall.

Recommend asking for a room that's not street facing, otherwise it would be noisy

I booked the Bella Nara for my girlfriend for our anniversary. As well as being a beautiful hotel and a comfortable stay, the hotel went above and beyond to help us celebrate our special day. Very nice, great location. I only had breakfast at the hotel once, and it was good. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Walking distance to the old town.

Seems typical for Thailand, but no separate bar area. Bar and restaurant was combined in one space. No bar around pool. Apart from the we loved the hotel and the staff were super helpful.

Amazing hotel, with a very elegant and aesthetically pleasing interior design. The hotel was well situated, the airport was a short grab away (roughly 25mins or so) and the busier streets were equally close, at a walkable distance. The amenities were all fantastic, the only minor point to raise was that the pool temperature was far too cold to lounge in. I'm happy to brace the cold but even for me it felt like a cold plunge rather than the temperature you would be accustomed to at a regular pool. Having said that, it was very clean which was a bonus.

We stayed on our honeymoon and the staff were amazing. They even left us a little gift in the room for our arrival!! The hotel is in a great location, walkable from the walled city and near to lots of great coffee spots in the Nimman district.
