The location is great. It is very close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel is a very short walk to Samui Central a big shopping center that also includes a big Tops supermarket. As you walk out turn left and go through AL's resort and you are on Chaweng beach. So as for location 10/10. I stayed here twice because of price and location .

RussiaThe room was too claustrophobic for us, with no shelf to organize our clothes. Aircon is located right over the bed and even with our self-made curtain to divert its airflow aside it was very uncomfortable. And we couldn’t opens windows since there’re no mosquito nets on them. Also their staff can barely understand English, so you’d better don’t expect to get any service like tickets/tours or even laundry there. Cleaning is on-demand only, and it’s better to ask for it at the reception as their cleaner sometimes ignore “please clean my room” sign. The outside noise is an issue even with closed windows, especially till midnight and from about 7 o’clock in the morning, when airplanes fly over and crazy muai tai advertising trucks shuttling around.
Location is pretty much OK if you’re after Samui’s nightlife, just few minutes from all the disco/go-go bars. Also it’s very close to Central shopping mall with all its fancy shops and restaurants.

ThailandThe location is excellent - just across the road from Samui Central Mall, so not far to carry all that heavy shopping! The beach is just at the back, although you have to find an access as most of it is private beach clubs, but its an amazing beach once you get to it. Also smack bang in the middle of the Chaweng nightlife! 10 minutes from the Duke Pub which has a great rock band every night.

United KingdomThe staff were very friendly but I didn’t have anyone to help with bags and there’s no lift. I noticed the following day there was a guy in the reception who was helping other travellers with their bags but he wasn’t around when I checked in.
Very centrally located but can be quite noisy as you’re in the center of Chaweng and my room was facing the Main Street.

JerseyA lot… It was very loud, walls are thin and can hear all the way down the corridor people walking etc. The room was very basic for the price paid. I actually left the hotel early as the roof started leaking when it rained (photo included to show leak). I was told my credit card would be partially refunded although I am still waiting for the refund a month later, and the hotel have stopped responding to my messages.
Location was good although very noisy as my room was on the roadside.

AustraliaBecause I had to check out at 6 am. The day before, I asked the staff if there will be someone at the desk, as I paid 500 baths bond, that I was supposed to get back when I ´ll leave. A security guard was here. But he couldn’t give me my bond. So I paid for my stay, and lost 500 baths as no one was there to give me my money back… So quite disappointed with this situation…
