If I could give 6...7...8...9..10 and 11 stars; I would. 1. Staff was super amazing....personable, go the extra distance 2. Room...had everything and more 3. Cleaning staff were great...room, hallway, common areas and pool... 4. Best location to the many other hotels...that I saw.

We had already stayed in another BED Hotel in Chiang Mai near the gate and we had such an amazing experience that it was a no brainer to book this hotel again. As expected, the service was amazing. The staff is so very friendly and helpful, always looking for ways to make your stay even better or help you out with any problem you might have. They also give you some good tips on places to visit. The food is also simply amazing and the cooks are always looking to improve, trying out new things and asking guest's opinions on it. The rooms are very tidy and have everything you need. It's those little things like free water and snacks throughout the day that makes that you don't have a worry in the world when you stay in BED. So it's true what they say: life is simple @bed. You won't regret staying here and will want to come back for more.

The team is amazing. You fill that you get treated as a valued customer. The complimentary water fruits and coffee are helpful.

Consider implementing fans in the bathrooms. Our bathroom got really humid and wet after each shower and made the room very humid as well.

The location of this hotel is walkable to many different places and restaurants around the area. Great view from our room. The breakfast however was the highlight for us.

A clean and comfortable hotel in the Nimmen area. The bed was comfortable and shower very good. We didn’t use the pool on this stay but it was a lovely area - cool and green. A short walk to the shopping centres and food. Staff very responsive. We like the over 18 concept.

Huge room with great balcony and wonderful views, very comfortable bed, great setup with sink being outside the bathroom so one person can shower while the other gets ready etc. Fast wifi and good TV. Lovely pool with pretty garden area. We didn't eat breakfast as wanted to explore the food options in Nimman more but it looked like a substantial offering. Free refrigerated glass bottled water on every floor which was a really nice touch. Hotel is in a very cool part of town with great shops, bars, and restaurants (the rooftop bar right opposite the hotel is really lovely). Absolutely lovely, professional, helpful staff. Easy to get to the old town etc as CM is small and easy to navigate with Grab or on foot etc. A great hotel I would thoroughly recommend to others.

The wash basin lacks proper coverage and is positioned a bit too close to the bed.

Surrounded by nature .. which I loved. Strange loud bird calls. I think, in the middle of the night. Earplugs were helpful. Maybe put a pair in each room as a nice thoughtful touch.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were as attentive , friendly and very accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by this gem. Lovely location. Excellent stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Minor thing but I would prefer a hot water cooker in the room so I could have coffee anytime without having to go downstairs.

From check-in to check-out all of the staff were extremely polite, respectful, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The breakfast crew did an excellent job preparing a very tasty meal.

As the hotel is located near to the airport it was sometimes difficult to fall asleep as there was a noise from the planes.

Amazing staff!! Very friendly! It was a very pleasant stay. Also it is nice when you feel that hotel is generous and BED was very generous - amazing rich breakfasts, coffee, tea, water and snacks during the whole day. Thank you!

All was great. The only thing, the room was a bit dusty and it could be seen, probably air cleaner could be a suggestion for future improvements.

It is really great to feel being taken care of during your stay. Very helpful and flexible staff with no scripts, lots of nice gesture to comfort the guests such as unlimited bottled water or free cookies or even noodles 24/7. The Nimman area is also a very pleasant place to stay. Would really recommend the hotel and looking forward to staying there again ☺️
