hotel seems to be in renovation, i guess that's why the price was so good. still, a very nice hotel

The building itself was starting to look a bit tiered and could do with some loving care and attention.

The pool tiles were coming off and gave me a cut. It could be hazardous for little kids. The access to the beach could be a little more accessible with some steps added! But overall a lovely stay.

The room spray that the cleaning people used was so strong, we often had to open the door to ventilate the room which then allowed the mosquitos in. Also the bed/beds were not very comfortable since our large be was actually two beds pushed together, it created a hard spot in the center.

We loved the size of the room and how much storage there was to unpack, loved our little patio and that the beach was just steps away. Staff was all very pleasant.

The noise is pretty bad from the bar next door, but you get used to it

So many shops nearby including 711, just 5 min walk to AoNang beach. staff was very nice and helpful

Too loud, everything was loud. Some machines in the balcony making lots of noise, the air on was super super loud and would only work with the fan at maximum. You couldn’t sleep without it because of the heat, you couldn’t sleep with it because of all the noise and how strong it was. You even receive earplugs in the room😂 they don’t help though. Window was broken so with the wind it would constantly move making noise. Balcony window door would not close completely and would not lock.

It’s very dated don’t expect the ritz. But it’s clean. The staff are great and organised a great boat trip for us too.

The bathroom was shabby what I have not expected. The room was smaller compared with the other rooms, what I saw at the map of the escape routes. The music of the neighbour party hostel was very loud. Wifi was slow.

Close to the bars, restaurants and shops. The room was very close to the beach. Good breakfast and the staff who serves the breakfast are very friendly.

We were quite close to a hostel that as the 2 weeks went on, got louder at all times of day.... this is not the hotel's fault, but if you struggle to sleep with noise, then this may not be the place for you. The music can be heard all day by the pool, which was not an issue for us, but again, if you want somewhere quiet, this isn't it! The pool was starting to look cloudy by week 2 and the filter was only put on towards the end of the day which had been on constant when we first arrived. Our balcony had no view, other than the wall of another building!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Reception were able to book taxis for us when necessary. Housekeepers came in daily to clean our room and change the towels and replenish the toiletries. The beach was easily accessible from the hotel. The restaurants and bars are a short walk away, as are the souvenir shops and longtail boats to access Railay beach.
