IndiaNo international food available.. Breakfast have only 3-4 items. No option for vegetarians. Have only bread gems and butter. One seasonal fruit, 1 type of orange juice in breakfast. If you are a Indian, then do not include breakfast in your package..waste of money!!! Better to take breakfast out side the hotel or use Grab app. Old property, not maintained outside.. Ask for free shuttle otherwise, no one tell you from hotel side.

United StatesHalf of the hotel is not accessible to people in wheelchairs. No matter which building you stay in you have to take a flight of stairs to get to the pool/bar/ restaurant/ breakfast. We stayed in the upper building so my disabled friend had to ride in a golf cart just to get to the building from reception. Every morning I had to help him down the stairs to get to breakfast and then help him back up the stairs to go back to the room.
The room was great, the pool and the bartend Liam were great. Great view of the ocean from the balcony.

IndiaWe have some suggestions for the management team - the bathrooms do not have an exhaust fan - this is weird & creates an uncomfortable situation. We had to get room freshners for use during our stay. The restaurant closed for dinner by 8:30 pm while the rest of the city is wide awake! This was disappointing. The climb to the reception & rooms is steep & tiring. So please be prepared! Please mind the location while booking - you will have to take a taxi for anywhere you want to go in Phuket!
Spacious rooms and easy access to market & basic amenities. We were a family of 6 persons and stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are really spacious & ideal for families. The balcony & seating area have great views of the Pa Tong City below. The top floor has views of the sea too! Staff is friendly & helpful, like all other places in Thailand. They have basic facilities to do some cooking & washing clothes in the rooms. Breakfast spread is good & the pool is worth a try. Overall the hotel is calm & nice option to consider.

BelgiumGood evening, I did a reservation for almost forty days, I had to extend my reservation for the last days. If you do not had a bus or a motocycle is not easy to reach the hotel by steps. The cleaning service was not good, it was not done properly and the bed was not cleaned properly either. Finally, when I had to do my check out, my plane was at 7pm and I told to the hotel staff that I was going to leave my room at 7pm though. Even if I told them this, at midday someone forced me to leave my room, I told him in 3different languages that I need to take a nap before my plane and that I can pay if there is some extra to pay. Worse than that, they tried to charging me 150 bath per day for electricity and water use, so in total the asked me to pay 6500 bath. Even if the climatisation in my room was on for 24h it was still impossible to reach that amount. Even if I told that I was going to pay, the reception staff come to my room with 2 cops, they took my 3000 euros worth computer. I explain all of this to the direction of this hotel, i asked an apology for all that desagrement. All of them told me that I was completely right but did not apolgy or adjust my bill which come of nowhere. As a casual tourist, I spend every year couple months in this country, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

IndiaAC was working but not cool enough. Toilet was clogged and broken. Door lock not secured and fragile. It will only take one kick to break the door. Receptionist not very helpful (except for one night staff, she suggested which app to book cheapest taxi to airport) and seems like not bothered at all.
The room was tidy and clean. Housekeeping was done everyday for our four night stay. Breakfast and bar staff were friendly and very hospitable. Sea view was alright. We stayed on the 7th floor.

South AfricaThe rooms are dirty. House keeping didn’t do a good job when coming to cleaning. It looked as if the my were sweeping the dirt to the back of the door. They showers were not clean. The cleaning is just poor. Upon our arrival we didn’t have pillows on our beds and didn’t have a dustbin up until multiple escalations the following day.
