Even though the accommodation is inside a garden (almost hidden from the street), you can still hear every car and motorbike passing by, including the middle of the night. There was absolutely no sound insulation in the room. There is an annoying regulation regarding checkout; You cannot check out before 8 am. This is a very strict policy that cannot change. So, beware before booking, make sure you don't have to take a morning flight (which was my case and had to leave a day earlier). Also, water would pool in the shower because it didn’t drain well.

As soon as I arrived there was a wonderful, sweet scent all over! The room I stayed in was very spacious and beautiful, the bathroom was big as well, even though water would pool in the shower because it didn’t drain well. The lights inside the room were great (different lights for different uses). The internet connection was extra strong and fast, which was great for me that I worked during my stay. There is water and toilet paper provided any time you need it. The owner was very polite and accommodating. He really helped me through the process of one night cancellation (which was mandatory).

we stayed just after they opened up after the low season and the room, especially the bathroom was a bit out of use shall we say. I'm sure this will clear up once it rains less and the room gets more use. The beds were very low. Other than that, everything was great!

Very homey stay, really feels like you're staying with friends as opposed to a hotel. Nice house in a green garden. Great location if you want to be in a quiet bit of Samui, but not too far from the hustle and bustle.

The house is a little old (which is charming) but because of that the rooms aren't well isolated. The sounds of nature, the air conditioner and the fridge in the room was very loud. As already mentioned the house is located very remote. I thought it would be possible to still walk to town, but there is only the street in front of the house and no walkways. With the App Grab I booked TaxiBikes to get around Koh Samui.

Very beautiful location and lovely house. I knew beforehand that it is a Bed & Breakfast and not a hotel. I had a big room where I could open my suitcases and still had enough space. Also a very big bed and comfortable sheets. Nice owners. I didn't book breakfast, but was no problem to get it for the last two days. It was very good and I especially likeld the pineapple jam :D

Though this seems to be a reoccurring theme in Asian, the mattress and pillows were quite hard which I personally find a little uncomfortable, although the next night the pillows were switched for softer ones without me having to say anything 🤷‍♂️.

The owners are a wonderful pair with plenty of advice and knowledge to help you with, the rooms are homey and very clean.

Stepping in dog poo was annoying asking for a normal Thai breakfast and beIng forced to have a English breakfast every day Trying to get around from there was extremely expensive and for the same money I got a beautiful beach apartment I left two days early

I was recommended to stay at this property. Before I arrived i called the property and the owner Tok was very helpful and informed me how to get to the property. The room type was very clean and very convenient walking distance to restaurant and beaches. I only booked for one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. You cannot walk anywhere from the place. To go to the nearest supermarket or restaurant you need to take a taxi or songtaew, which are luckily passing by on the road every few minutes.

A place closest to paradise, isolated, lush vegetation, tall trees and strange animals, including a variety of singing birds. 2 large and friendly dachs hunds who live in wealth and happiness even relative to humans. The owners of the place, a very friendly and local Englishman who plays the tough guy, keep the place sparkling clean and very well maintained. The problem is for people who want to be in the heart of the events and didn't rent a motorcycle, and don't want taxis and have the problem of walking about 2 km to the recommended sites and an excellent beach. The price is really cheap relative to what is required in Kusumoi in good places. Highly recommend to the right people.
