The hotel has a reception line with steps where you put your feet. Feels a bit like passing through immigration at airport. It's all very official and distinctly lacking in reception. The swimming pool is great but they like to harass their customers into buying the correct attire, but only when it suits them. This night was the night we extended our stay and the night before I checked they knew and what a surprise they knew and had us scheduled to move rooms. Basically the reception is awful but get past that pain point and it's a nice hotel.

Many mosquitos in the living room and bedroom when we arrive. Spend a lot of time to kill them. Aircon leaking and bathroom sink clogged

Since my dog needed to take shower after beach time, it would be nice if the hotel provide rubbur tube at the water tap in front of the room. Also, more tissue paper pleass, especially at the living room.

It is a real pet friendly property. The resort provided a small bed for my dog too and she loves it! The location is convenient. The place is clean and lovely.

Distance from villas to the reception and pool area is quite long and you need to be picked up by a golf cart.

Great location, across the road is the beach and a long boulevard with lots of places to buy food and drinks. Hotel is very clean and staff super friendly. Swimming pool was big enough but a bit cold. Breakfast was very good with large buffet with lots of choice. Half board was good with voucher for pok pok restaurant nereby..

I stayed in l a private villa but would rather call it a small house. While very nice and clean inside with air-condition, the outside needs a fresh lick of paint to make it look more welcoming. Beach road is noisy on Saturday and Sunday nights with fireworks and loud exhausts from modified cars, but very quiet during the week.

Exceptional staff, very good location just across the road from the beach. Freshly renovated pool area. Would book here again.

In the villa there's no movable shower head, this makes it hard to shower a young child.

No pool no bar. Villa is a large room that needs updating. Towels are not great take your own Quite smelly in places.

Price is very high due to the marathon events but exchange with a location is worth staying here.

Good location to the Bangsean 42 race venue, the villa was clean and comfortable with adequate facilities to stay before the race. Friendly staff with great assistance to your need.

Stayed in villa ....room was tired needs a bit of work and a coat of paint ....paint peeling from cieling in bathroom...front door ready bad ....long walk from car to room....can't comment on hotel rooms did not see them ......but staff excellent..breakfast wonderful....location hard to beat... Would I stay there again?......probably...but would try hotel room next time.

This time we do not know before that the pool was under construction. My family go to this hotel 2-3 times a year and the boy love to go the pool. But this time no one tell us that the pool is not available. if we know this before, i am surely change to another hotel nearby. And when i inform the staff, the staff also not responsible for this and cant help us. It is really bad that we choose this hotel.

the location is good, next to the beach. so it is easy to go for morning walk along the because. The hotel also near the convenient store which have everything that we might need during the trip. The location also surround with street food which is good for family.

Got the villa bungalow and it was perfect for our group of friends. The location was spot on just by the beach and the staff was really helpful and kind! Would definitely come back again!
