Stunning cottages tucked away in lush gardens. The interior design will take your breath away, especially the bathrooms. Extremely clean with every mod con you can imagine. The swimming pool is dwarfed by the mountains and the gardens are straight out of a story book. Breakfast is served by the large pond, where you can see monitor lizards, and includes lots of local produce and everything is clearly made from scratch to your order. We also had dinner here and the food was equally good. The staff are nothing short of wonderful, making us feel welcome despite arriving at 11pm. They organised trips for us and we would highly recommend the kayaking on the lake. The nearest town and beach is 10 mins walk or tuk tuk organised by the hotel and there are lots of cafes, massage parlours and nail bars which, although the antithesis of the serenity of the hotel, adds to the magic. Be aware that the hotel is dry but you can easily buy alcohol locally and bring it back. My teenage daughter and I would give this place an 11/10 if we could. Highly, highly recommended.

Staff is amazing. They’re really keen to make the guests have the best service ever. The shuttle to the beach is very useful and works really well. Breakfast is over the top each day there’s something different. The place is magical, clean and silent. Low season is perfect cause it’s not crowded and we got a room upgrade.

Stunning location right underneath the limestone cliffs. Our bathroom had views of the forest with monkeys in the trees!! The most beautiful bathroom we have ever had in a hotel too. Breakfast had a great selection of a la carte dishes you could order fresh from a menu, as well as a good buffet selection. The staff were so friendly & kind. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations & we will definitely be back.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Everything was so clean and peaceful. It was an escape but still close enough to everything to enjoy Krabi. We stayed in the family cottage as a family of 4 and it was so spacious and comfortable. I can’t recommend Ban Sainai enough, one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed at.

Beautiful location away from the madness. Serene, lovely accommodation, easy walk to Main Street - location was perfect. The area around the mosque is lovely, felt very welcome and much nicer than the main strip for us.
