Gorgeous location at a bend in the river. It was the height of the rainy season, with strong currents, so no chance of jumping in for a swim. But the location was beautiful and the rooms were well designed with sturdy nets suspend over the water and big pillows to help make loungers comfortable. Ordered the Thai barbecue set at our room and had fun grilling and broiling. Definitely will return in the future!

The property was on a gorgeous location on the river Kwai. Our host couple were attentive and looked after us, quietly making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. They offer a driver service if required and also dinner delivery from a local restaurant if desired.

Nothing! The location is deep but with clear signage and the ever-ready host to drive you around at a charge.

Everything was amazing! From the cleanliness to the comfort, amenities, breakfast (order the stir-fried shrimp with basil + egg + jasmine rice!!! Stole the show for me), it was high quality. However, nothing could beat the top-notch service we got from Nok and her husband! She makes herself accessible via whatsapp, constantly going beyond for our queries, very proactive too! It is no problem that Nok’s husband speaks little english because the level of care he gives needed no translation. He’d drive us to our destinations, take the initiative to show us stops at scenic places and take great pictures. My daughter always has bad reaction to insect bites. He medicated her bitten wrists, massaged her wrists (has experience in herbal medicine according to Nok iirc) and constantly checked on her. Even got her medication during our check out. They not only served us well during our stay, they also restored our hope for humanity.

There are no bedside lights so had to get up after reading to switch them off. No shelving in bathroom to put your toiletry bag..

Beautiful and peaceful location. Staff very attentive. Moved the table in the shade so we could eat breakfast out of the sun. Rooms are lovely, very clean and well equipped.

We had a great stay at Rimwang Riiver Life. The resort is an oasis of peace along the river. The view of the water is great. The resort is a great base to explore and discover the area and the nature park further away. The resort is run by a friendly family. The rooms are clean, the fridge is well stocked. There is no restaurant, but the family likes to cook the most delicious meals in their own kitchen. If desired, they can be brought to your room. You can also be picked up at the Nam Tok train station for a small fee. Very nice if you arrive tired after a long, but beautiful train ride from Bangkok. In short, a great stay. I always like to present a balanced review, and if I am honest, the only small thing I can say is that since there are 4 rooms joined and the rooms share one long balcony, with only a privacy divider, so if you have loud talking guests with kids, as we did, that can spoil the vibe of the place or any romantic mood you try to set. So if that is the reason for your stay there, just keep it in mind.

Location of the stay was perfect, easy to find by Google maps with sheltered parking onsite. We were met by staff who checked us in and showed us the room and arranged breakfast for the following day. Right on the river, the room had a balcony where you could sit and dip your feet into the cool water. In the early morning, there are fish swimming beside the balcony, and you can feed them with fish food provided. The room was clean, AC worked well, bathroom spotless, and a comfy bed. The room had a mini fridge, coffee, and water. Breakfast was tasty and hot, and we sat right by the river on our balcony whilst eating. Overall, we loved it. What a great stay.

Difficult to talk to the management because they speak Thai but it's not a big thing, I managed in the end

The view on the river was amazing. The host said you can sometimes hear music from the facility across the river, but it was quiet when we stayed. Beds were comfortable, and the host was responsive and helpful.

Menu needs improvement mostly thai but v delicious. Only western food like chicken wings, f fries, nuggets and that is all. No restaurants no bar but food is brought to u and beers u can buy. That is nt a big issue...I wud like to recommend RIMWANG RESORT ON RIVER LIFE TO EVERYONE TO RELAX AND ENJOY RIVER LIFE AND RAFTING

The stay was like a homestay. Food services were personalised and u felt like a homely atmosphere. Even the person I charge accompanied us on river rafting and especial care for elder person. They would only take cash or bank transfer for payment. I booked with credit card and wanted to pay with credit card but they refused.

Unfortunately the meal service was unsatisfactory. On the first morning our breakfast was cold (like coming from the refrigerator) and the eggs were undercooked (the whites were not set). They were not edible. We asked the second day to ensure that they were fully cooked and they were only slightly better and refrigerator cold so again not edible. Our dinners and our breakfast were all about 20 minutes late after being pre-ordered so ensure that you allow for this if you’re on a schedule. Very unfortunate as we loved the room and location overall. Also, not sure why but our room was not made up after the first day and we ran out of toilet paper and the garbage was overflowing.

Lots of stairs to go up and down each time, nobody to help with bags to take to room but is OK, really needed our own car to get around more easily as this place is no where near facilities you can walk to.

American breakfast was OK but not great as they get made elsewhere and bring down to room, so a little bit cold. Rooms were great and comfortable with great facilities. Water pressure in shower a bit low but OK,
