Seems to take some time to get the room cool, to drop a few degrees but the ac is quiet which is nice.

The electric charging socket points were in inappropriate places. Rooms service closes very early in the evening. House keeping staffs little rude. Balcony area were really hot, that Ac compressor unit was placed very near.

Everything., view,location, front office assistance ( especially staff Mina) was really helpful. Room service was also very quick.

There is foreground view of sewer treatment and smell if you go on balcony. Walking from hotel to street is not friendly narrow walkways with unfinished pavement and potholes.

Day staff great. Very courteous. However the night staff on the reception is either incompetent or rude. Doesn't understand the job. We had early arrival to the hotel due to flight schedule. When we asked if we can check in early at 5 am or if we can get a room for additional rent. He told us rooms are not available. Fair. I asked him if he can let us call few local numbers to check for a hotel for night. He refused and was very rude and least concerned that there is a family which has no room or place to stay. No courtesy or even understanding of what customer service is. 2nd night, we asked for spare key card from the same night reception staff. He rudely just stated spare cards are finished. On which I asked if there is a solution to the problem? Because I cant remove card if my family is in the room and i want to go down or out. Electricity is cut when you remove card. And I need card to access door and lift. I asked if hotel staff willbe able to help and open since its not my fault you are out of cards. 2 adults check in means we can ask for spare card. He was not willing to listen and understand. His programming was stuck at cards are finished. So i guess this job was beyond his understanding and capability. Hotel management should really look into it.

Location is good, walking street is near, 7/11 is very close. There is a gokart facility in walking distance.

The first thing I noticed was the receptionist - was very rude. The main entrance staircase was outdated and could have been nicer. The pool was quite small in size. Never felt like taking a dip. The water in my shower did not drain and made a puddle in the shower area every time I took shower and remained there until someone wiped it.

The hotel was very clean with open lobby area and a nice view of the pool. Reception area was quite large and clean. Rooms were huge with king size beds. Balcony area was pretty good with large windows and seating arrangements. Washrooms were also quite elegant. The rooms and the beds were pretty clean. Hotel is located 5 mins walk from the Waling Street and the boating area. No problem walking back to the hotel during night time.

Little dated. Very noisy and old airco!

Perfect location, close to the pier, walking street and Pattaya beach. Jomtien is easy to reach. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a possibility to park your car. If you don’t stay at the hotel, it cost you 200 Baht/day. Very nice sea view.

Morning breakfast could be better Oceanview is very good except it stinks as there's a sewerage plant just next to the hotel. I believe that In the future they could cover the sewerage canal with some blockades to avoid the smell coming out of the place.

I love everything about the hotel. Staff, restaurant, rooms and spacious parking The staff is good , friendly and helpful.
