Everything was amazing at this apartment. The pool is really nice and the temperature of the water is just perfect. The apartment is very big, especially the living room and one of the 2 rooms. The area is calm and quiet, but you also gave shops around a 5min walk. The staff were very nice and kind.

Great location to the beach, good eating places and close to the market in Rawai. Friendly staff and pet friendly with a nice garden and clean pool.

We were welcomed immediately, and very warmly on our arrival by the lovely Nipah, who remained attentive, helpful and extremely friendly throughout our stay. The appartements were clean and mostly comfortable, although the beds were very firm. There was a quiet and laid back feeling, and the kids felt safe to wonder around the complex and hang out by the pool. Perfect for families who don't want to be in the thick of the tourist destinations, but want to easily get around, to see some of Phuket, and have a relaxed holiday.

As mentioned, the beds were very firm, so it was difficult to get a comfortable nights sleep. The pool was great, however very sharp stones around the edge of it took some getting used to when getting in/out of the pool. Beach locations were a taxi ride due to having young children who struggled to walk very far in the heat, but taxi's were cheap and easy to to access.

It’s really quite and comfortable. The villas located near Main Street but on a side which doesn’t have hard traffic. Staff were nice and kind, and we enjoyed our time at the property. We like to stay near pool at morning and went on a beach at afternoon. We would like to stay here again ☺️☺️☺️

The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed to switch room it was no problem. The pool is a good size and the gardens are lovely. It’s 1.5km from Nai Harn beach so an easy walk for children. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with almost no traffuc noise .

Nipha and her team could not have done more to make our holiday special. Lovely pool and grounds. It would be nice to have a smart tv when it gets too hot to be outside in the evenings.

Beautiful place, the room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier and got an early check-in. The location is great - located in a village like area so it is quiet and nice but 3 minutes walk and you get to a main street with shops and restaurants. I loved this place!

The price was a bit expensive relatively, but I suppose it's a matter of personal perspective.

Clean, silent, spacious apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent garden with nice trees and a swimming pool. Very good location for exploring the most attractive parts of Phuket. And above all extremely kind and helpful lady Nipha, who takes care of everything you might wish or need - including renting a motorbike, taking massage, eating, swimming, taking a taxi to the airport, etc. Big, big "thank you" to her!

Vey small complex and quiet

Nice quiet hotel near everything.

Air-con was noisy so need to use ear plugs. Power sockets were loose so it was hard to charge pnones.

The size of the villa was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the pool. There were some nice cafe's nearby (definitely recommend Coco's). We didn't attempt to walk to the beach as it was hot and a reasonable distance but easy enough to use Grabs to get around. Seemed like a much quieter location than elsewhere in Phuket which was crazy busy. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Appreciated he loaning us some snorkels so we could enjoy Yanui beach.
