My stay here was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. The location is a paradise - it feels like you are in heaven. So much beautiful nature around, mountains, lakes, all types of flowers and fruit trees. The owners also have so many different animals- Nee has 12 cats, they are all so friendly. The owners were amazing - Nee makes so many pastries every morning for breakfast- homemade, just like its your own mums! I cannot recommend this place enough. I am so lucky to have been able to stay here.

Our stay with Nee and Aoy was a fantastic experience and one of my best memories of traveling around the world. This place is a little paradise so beautiful and peaceful. Nee - the owner - is cooking breakfast and dinner herself and it was super super good. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. The WiFi also really good and I could make an important video call without any issues. And last but not least, Nee and Aoy are super nice and friendly, and just fantastic human beings. I wish we could stay longer there and I’m looking forward to go back ❤️

Best place. Just stunning and the host did it all by himself, so impressive. His wife is a great chef and they are both so welcoming. The bungalows are really cute and clean. The garden is breath taking! Best place to enjoy the surrounding of Chiang Rai not being in the city.

The location was perfect for nature lovers. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

There was a festival nearby during the night and the noise levels were quite high.

Everything!! It’s a very relaxing, quiet, natural environment with lovely hosts and great food cooked by the owner. It is in a rural area 30mins from Chiang Rai, so if you like nature, want to get out of tourist central and dont mind the quirky nature of a beautiful bespoke hut this is for you! Water buffalo, egrets, rabbits, cats, roosters, rice paddies and catfish surround you. We love nature so we loved the relaxing authentic vibe this place provides.

Rural, and quiet. Home cooking was excellent. And generosity of host!

Bathroom a little too rustic for me for a week stay. Few nights would’ve been ok.

The best accommodation I have ever stayed at in Thailand. I don't know where to start because it was exactly what I was looking for. The location is 20km from the centre but close to the waterfalls, Shinga Park and more. The owners, the animals and the temples they built themselves were truly fascinating. It seemed cheap to me for everything the farm offers. A 10 in everything... what an amazing place. The owner is always helpful and makes the comfort spectacular. I recommend a minimum of 4 days to recharge your batteries for the trip. Kop Kun Kha!

The owners are really kind people, our bungalow was beautiful, spacious and clean. Beautiful gardens and tea plantation to take a walk, really comfortable and welcoming place for a stay away from the city. We loved the animals!

The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was close to Singha Park which is why I booked it. There were roadsigns leading to the hotel which could have been difficult to find otherwise. The staff were very helpful and even phoned to say we had left a phone charger behind and made arrangements to forward it to us.

The place has seen better days and is now somewhat run down. If spruced up and modernised the place could be sensational. The garden setting could be amazing and the little villas could be quirky and fun. It was expensive for what it was but that could have been a function of the market as there was an event at Singha Park putting accommodation in demand.

Staying with Nee & Oil is like staying with family. They make you feel so welcome. The domain is a peaceful Sanctuary of wildlife and Buddhist symbols that will make you want to stay there all day. The rooms have Comfy beds, Hot water and stone decorated bathroom floors. Nee is an excellent baker and chef, she will take care of you like a relative, freshly baked homemade cakes and bread for breakfast. Freshly bought market produce for dinner. This Home Stay is more than an accommodation, it’s a whole experience. Thank you Nee & Oil.

I can’t wait to return to Baan Suan Jantra. From the moment we arrive, we felt the peace and serenity of a place that the owners have put a lot of love and passion into. We loved meeting the ducks, fish and rabbits, and eating a delicious dinner and breakfast. Absolutely do not miss this spot if you’re in Chiang Rai, it is a one in a million spot.

Baan Juan Santra is a very magical place. The nature, the animals and the surrounding are enchanting and, moreover, Nee and his husband are super kind and available! Nee is a great chef: for breakfast she always prepare freshly baked sweets and Thai dinner is highly recommended as well. If you are a nature passionate, you will fall in love.
