The owners are very helpful with everything. They have motorcycles for rent. The rooms are spacious and clean and they help you with your further bookings. Small breakfast is included. Location perfect. Very quiet but still in walking distance from the nightmarket and the pier.

It would have been nice to have Netflix/Smart telly, but this is hardly worth mentioning.

The owner and her staff were really lovely and helpful. It was a nice touch to have a complimentary, tea, coffee, toast, bananas and buns in the morning. We really loved the location, close to the station, beach. restaurants and shops. The feel of the establishment was very relaxing and homely. They also had bikes there and you could hire a scooter - to get around the area. We would highly recommend and intend to stay there again.

One of the best places we slept in these 3 weeks - a quiet place in the courtyard in a side street, a short walk from the train station, the center and the beach, very nice staff, the owner of the accommodation very helpful. She will advise you on everything, arrange a day trip anywhere, e.g. to the national parks in the area. You can rent a bike for free at the accommodation, wash your clothes, coffee and tea are available for free all day, and small snacks in the morning. For a small fee, earlier check-in is possible (even at 5 am :-)) or luggage storage and the possibility of taking a shower after check-out. The rooms are spacious, very clean, cozy and comfortable. There is everything you need - air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, clothes dryer, you can't hear the neighbors. Each room has its own seating area on the veranda. Thank you fór all!

Big and very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very kind staff. They even brought free sandwiches to our room in the morning. Very nice place overall, good location to reach by car. It's a pity that we didn't have more time to spend there.

We loved everything about our stay! The location is superb, in a quiet alley but close to the civilisation, less then 5 minutes walk to the beach . The room itself is very fresh, spacious and clean. It was honestly the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed in Thailand! The staff wend out and beyond to help us during our stay! They let us to leave our luggage after check out time until the bus departure. They gave us nice bikes that fit our height free of charge even though we returned them way past the checkout time. And they helped us to find a tuk-tuk ride to the bus station because Grab and Bolt don’t work in the town. Plus they provide a simple breakfast that is included into the room price. Well worth the price!

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also spacious. Internet was fast and stable, air con worked perfectly. The place is very clean and it’s kept clean daily. Free bikes and free breakfast . The location is very central, 2 blocks from the sea, 2blocks from markets, and around the corner from stores and restaurant. The host is very sweet and accommodating.

Everything. Owners and staff were the best !! Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Spacious room, great hot showers , good air con and great wifi. Help yourself breakfast bar which was complimentary. Centre of town … food market and restaurants very bear. Best beach was a tuk tuk ride away . Highly recommend!

the stay was perfect as always. this was my fifth time at this establishment. the rooms are large, clean, welcoming and equipped with air conditioning. the towels smell like laundry and the bathroom was impeccable. the perfect breakfast, every day with a different typical product. I love this place.

It was a pleasant stay, the host was very friendly, heartwarming and helped us with everything, inclusive organising our daily trips. It felt like home! We got also free sandwiches and there was a little buffet for free! Very comfortable, clean, super wifi, and the location was also perfect. Totally recommend!

Quiet location, near town centre and evening market. Spacious comfortable room with nice terrace. Courtyard with plants, car parking in front of own room. Courtesy self-serve breakfast with coffee, toasts, jam, fruit and home-made items. Friendly, family-run.

It’s the perfect place to feel the Thai living! It’s a 10min walk to beach, clean, has security 24/7 and the owner is nice and willing to help with whatever you need.

Very nice stay. Rooms are clean, big and air conditioner works well. Nice terrace to sit outside. Location is good, near train station and shops, markets. Staff is very nice and helpful, they even helped us to get transport to Koh Samui. They rent motorbike and offer coffe/tea, sandwich for breakfast (free). We came here for one night, but everything was so good, that we stayed here for six nights. Would definitely come again!
