The lack of heating in the tent, it gets really cold in December and in the night

We enjoy having the mookata in the cold environment and having a great view of the valley

Some difficulties communicating with the helpers. Either they were extremely shy or they were just not accomodative to our requests despite many attempts on my part to use Google translate (with voice) to communicate with them. Breakfast was very simple and some of the food were already not warm/hot despite us being there already at 8.30am (breakfast starts at 8am).

It's a basic and clean tenting experience. Good location - walking distance to the cafes and restaurants nearby. Unblocked decent view of the valley and we will able to watch the sunrise from our tent too. Most amenities, including hair-dryer (even extension cord) were provided for. Ordered the mookata set for dinner @ Thb 1,000 for 2 pax. Great way to enjoy dinner just outside our tent with the cool weather. Car parking was also not a problem and near to the check-in reception.

It was the wrong time of the year to be at Mom Jam. very hot and hazy.

The location was good and you can drive straight and park in front of the unit that we rented.

The owner tried to make money from us to find a car rather helping to their customers, also it was very cold at night but we did not have a heater

Location was absolutely beautiful also there were few kids so they were very helpfull ( not the owener two ladies )

Need to pay for more blanket cos of laundry fee which I understood but would be nice if its free

Can Improved by providing more blanket because the cold air flew in via the bottom on the tents but overall its a nice and clean place! Staff and boss are really nice

nice view from our room, friendly host. nice dinner (Thai bbq) provided upon booking. many shops & restaurants nearby.

No slipper in the room which is carpeted.

We booked 4 cabins. Room was clean with balcony. Attached toilet with water heater. Good water pressure. Breakfast was pork porridge, fried sunny side egg, hotdog and toasted bread with margarine. Self service hot beverages available. Friendly staff. Great view from the balcony to see the sunrise.

It was perfect nothing bad to say

Best place stayed in Thailand!!! Staff were amazing, they asked if had eaten upon arrival and offered food. It’s a family run business so homely. The view is just outstanding. We were amazed when we walked into the tent it has air con a kettle and it’s just unreal for how much it is. They all have a little private out door area which was nice for an evening chill and enjoying the view. Will definitely be revisiting when returning to Thailand ! Thank you so much xxx

You (booking.com) lied!! You showed pictures which are far from reality!! Pictures are so nice and encouraging to stay & spend money.. but after we arrive and already been charged.. we discover that it's not as shown in the pictures!!!!😤

The cabin was placed nicely to face the sunrise. The bed sheets were comfortable and the place was neat and tidy. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They went about and beyond. From the laundry services to preparing our bbq. They were even nice enough to help us get transportation when we needed last minute.

Toilet suppose to be exclusive to our room but ended up sharing with outsiders. The toilet is not attached to the room. Got to walk out of the room to get to the toilet. shower water is super cold, no warm water. breakfast is too simple. not buffet style.
