How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I stayed in room 107 and all was really great! - a big desk good for work and fast wifi over 100 mbps - very clean - quiet location - all things and amenities were working well

- Lack of privacy in the 200-s rooms: all the rooms of this floor have a window facing the gallery where people go here and there, especially in early morning when the staff are cleaning and making noises. - Also I had to move furniture and place the table closer to the power sockets. (But in room 107 where I stayed after that both things were good!)
All good, everything is working, very clean. There is a big desk suitable for work and fast wifi (in room 208 it was 50 mbps, but in 107 it was over 100 mbps which was really great!) I stayed there twice.

Missing a fridge, location is quite far from the city but with a scooter is easy to move around
Big room with air con very affordable, had a lot of ustensiles to use in the kitchen, free coffee.. 2 booths of water offer everyday. Super calm

It is a bad location if you cannot drive or ride a motorbike. At least taxis were cheap in to city centre.

Really clean, bed very comfortable. Staff happy to arrange tukruk etc. Quiet. Really lovely local family restaurants nearby - highly recommended trying them out. Air con & fan in room.

Power and water were done from when we woke up until about 1pm one morning so have to bring the rating down for this. Also the location is not great, about a half an hour walk to centre, a 15 minute walk to any supermarket.
A very affordable stay. Room was nice with good aircon.

Walls are thin and my neighbors were noisy. Could hear everything they said and did. The water wasnt very hot but that's ok
The price, the matress and the staff were very kind. It's not that far from the center, only a 20 minutes walk if you walk fast.

Didnt have any bicycles available for hire. The bathroom door didnt shut fully so a smokey smell would come through the bathroom window into the room in the mornings.
Comfy bed, clean room, balcony area. Staff were kind and helpful. Free coffee, toast and water. Refreshed toilet roll and water bottles daily. Really nice hotel and amazing for the price.

A bit noisy a/c and the neibourhood itself is a beat beaten up, dirty and dull, but the hotel itself is fine.
Staff was great, eager to help and positive. Rooms cleaned when asked, quick and early.

I wish they offered more fruit in the morning and a better bread for toast.
The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. I loved that the room came with a fan and air conditioning. Plus the windows had screens on them so I didn't have to use the AC because I could just leave the windows open with the fan on at night. I really appreciate that.

A little bit outside the main area, no problem if you have a scooter or are used to walking.
Probably the best stay for a low price in town. Very clean and comfortable modern rooms and super comfortable bed. The facilities for eating downstairs were very helpful if you're on a budget, plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle etc for eating the bags of curry you find being sold around the place.

It is not so close to the center/market, but it wasn't a problem for us.
Very good value for the price. We had a problem with the AC and they immediately called a technician, who fixed the problem.

Good basic air con room at a great price. Located away from the noise of the city in a quiet back block . Bit of a walk into town but the staff arranged a good scooter rental for me and that was perfect.
