The shower in our room would overflow and leak. It looks great but isn’t the most practical. It struggles to get hot. By the bed it can get quite hot as ac not fully reaches.

The pool and restaurant area looked incredible and the rooms are amazing. I loved the windows and the view. The bed was comfy too!

Only thing I could think of was our air con could have worked slightly better but apart from that everything was super.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful always. The room was just like the pictures/ even better and the view was really nice from the room.

It's a long way from the beach and there are a lot of cars. If you want to walk. the hotel doesn't have an elevator. You have to use stairs and there is no luggage delivery staff. You have to do it yourself. I have to pay a lot of money for a taxi because the night is dangerous for us. The hotel is good but noisy in the morning because of the cleaning staff next door

Some of the external doors need a bit of work, they don't shut properly , and.this would help keep the mosquitoes out.

You may not be able to tell from the pictures, but the villa is basically 3 separate rooms (BR 1, BR 2, and Kitchen) that all don't connect through a hallway. They all have their own doors to the outside, which means that you need to go outside just to get from the BR to the kitchen. You also need to open and close all the doors behind you to prevent mosquitos (instead of just one main door like in a typical villa or apartment). Even worse, is that the bathroom and shower are not en suite, which means you need to go outdoors to get to and from the shower. The shower, toilet, and vanity area are all not air conditioned so it can get real hot while you use the bathroom or shower which is annoying. The villa could also be a bit cleaner. Location is OK...

The pool was amazing, excellent staff, totally private villa, and excellent value for money. Nice front yard, and a fully fenced in private property for yourself. Spacious rooms, and just a great private vibe overall.

The food was not any good and they had few options (no Thai food). I manage to lock myself out on the balcony - the door closed and I couldn’t open it again from outside so just be careful with this.

I really liked this place. Beautiful big room. Nice to be close to everything but still a bit more peaceful than the Chaweng beach area. You should have a scooter to get around. The people working there were always so nice and helpful and the cleaning was great. If you drive your scooter down to the main road and take right - in like 5-6 minutes in this main road they had a really good food night market with so many options and cheap (more like lokal market and better than the rest of the markets).

The layout of the villa was really nice, with the 2 separate bedrooms and separate dining area. The little pool was perfect too.

There is no food or drinks available from 12 in the afternoon and nothing much in the proximity. The hotel is not well maintained. There are stains, leakages and plugs that don't work. The kitchen is literally empty, it only has a fridge

It was a little bit out of the way. 10 minute walk to Central Chaweng and 20 minute walk to the beach… but not a problem really.

Only that the bathroom drains sometimes smelled (although we’ve found this to be quite common in Thailand.) Also we had a lovely bath in our room, but they didn’t have a bath plug so we couldn’t actually have bath which was a shame.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was so spacious with a really comfortable bed. The pool was amazing, with lovely sun beds and a great bar. The location was also perfect, a short walk to the main strip but far enough away that you can’t hear any of the noise. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Oh the breakfast... very small portions and not great at all.

The room was both amazing, and bizarrely designed! The view, and the bedroom side of the room was top quality... the bathroom and kitchen side was very poorly deigned, barely being able to sit on the toilet with the wall in the way, and uneccessary shower space which could have been better utilised. Other than that, everything else was great.

Pool was small and the area around the pool very average needs to be landscaped, the leaves were bad falling in the pool and all over the paved area all the time. We had a 2 bedroom villa but there was only 1 bathroom, the toilet was separate to the bathroom.

Bed was very comfy, room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was ok.
