The steep walk up to reception kept me fit but there was a tuk tuk to take you up especially on arrival and departure days

The views were amazing and room was 5 mins to beach where were sunbeds to rent a a lovely beach restaurant. Bedding and towels changed everyday and room cleaned also bottled water provided daily.

The property itself could use a little renovating, but it was very clean and beautiful views, and very very nice people so it more than made up for the fact that it’s not the most updated place. But the price is right and the location was good and the views were magnificent.

Super nice staff… The ladies at the facility were very kind and accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The driver was always available to help us get up and down from our room. Escort our luggage no problem. They were very very kind to us, and would recommend if you do not want to stay closer to the busy part of the town. it is further away and not a place you would walk to because there’s no sidewalks, but a short taxi away.

Disappointed pool wasnt open/operational.

Away from main tourist area. Rooms and resturant with the most beautiful view. I had a motorbike and short rides to Patong and Karon beaches. Very quiet resort.

Great Location. The property is on a hill facing Karon beach. You can walk 150 m to reach the beach.

The lady at the reception was not friendly at the beginning. Does not really care much about guests. Our communication got better later though. She is actually nice but moody. The other staff (a man) was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very old. Aircon did not work properly. TV is not working. The door to the balcony not possible to lock. So I was a bit scared to sleep there. Feels not very safe. Also you afraid some insect get into the room. The water provided smell as plastic :(

Location is great. Quiet place. A few steps away from the nice beach. Comfy bed. Big balcony with seaview.

The facility needs maintenance. The steep steps in the garden are dangerous, many of the tiles in the pool are broken, many chaotic electrical wires and pipes in the garden …the bathrooms are not really clean…not to forget the mice on the roof that might keep you up at night.

The location is quite fascinating, just above Karon beach with stunning views.

It was uphill so the closest shops were all a trekking distance away. Therefore all destinations needed to be grabbed to.

The scenary was very nice and pretty. The staff were very friendly and I felt safe and secured.

We enjoyed our stay we didn’t dislike anything about our stay . For the money I was pleasantly surprised. However if you have any mobility issues this is not the hotel for you as there are lots of steep steps and the hotel is on a hill (which wasn’t an issue for us. )

The staff are super friendly and accomodating. The location is great , 2 mins walk to the beach and the view from our room was amazing . We couldn’t have had a better view , quiet away from the crowds… . The hotel staff and owner are very kind and they where so good with our little boy, they always took time to greet us and accomodate any requests we had . Excellent value for the money. The ladies that cleaned our room done a good job . Breakfast was nice and the views from the breakfast area are breathtaking .

The shower at the Pool wasn't working.

The View was extremely amazing! Room 141 is the best!: Close to the Beach as well as swimming pool. The 'uphill' to the Office was quite challenging!

The view from the balcony is superb!!! Access to the Karon beach easily but the way to go there is a bit like tiring but it’s worth it!
