We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandIt can be an advantage that the hotel is new but also a disadvantage because everything is done as it goes. For example, one day the cameras were drilling which was very noisy, but we were warned about it in advance. One day the drain was cleaned in the rooms and unfortunately when you want to relax in room it disturbs your peace and you can't say no. In addition, the drain cleaning did not help at all, the bathroom smelled like a public toilet the whole stay. You can refill the drinking water in the kitchen but I wouldn't always call it drinkable, sometimes it smelled bad and we bought our own. The air conditioning in the room dripped if it was on for a long time but on the 3rd floor under the roof you can't live without air conditioning. And the worst thing was the ants. Every evening there were clouds of them in the bathroom, on the walls, in the sink on the floor, luckily only in the bathroom. We didn't report it because we didn't want anyone to come into our room,we wanted relax.. because of everything plus the price was really good.
Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The hotel is new and therefore the price was excellent. We stayed here for 14 days because of the distance from our course, but otherwise it's quite far from the center. A few steps away you have a 7/11, a super restaurant with live music and a laundry. The hotel is quiet, clean and has a large equipped kitchen. Wifi works well. The room has basic equipment,missing safe. Since you have a fridge in the kitchen, don't expect it in the room, which is a shame. No Tv,no wardrobe which you can close. They arranged for us to rent a scooter and the owner was willing and communicates well with her.Finally, thank you for everything and I believe that over time the little things will be fixed and the hotel will be perfect.

There was no info about self check-in, where to find keys etc. We were a bit lost with no internet available (the only contact was online via whatsapp) Good 25 min walk from the old town. Almost no options to eat/drink nearby especialy in the night Room door and lock didn´t feel very safe

GermanyIts not a 10/10 for two little issues: -extremely noisy from the motorbike garage across the house. -regular smell in the bathroom. (guess thats a country wide problem)
Rooms and shared areas are new, modern, clean and spacious. (maybe some flowers and more green outside would even create a little outdoor area :) ) Staff is extremely helpful and can arrange everything. Superb communication via booking. Area has all you need within walking distance. We got very sick during our travels and were happy to be at Baan Bibi for recovery.

FranceWe could hear some noise from the street and also from the kitchen (we were on the ground floor so I think other floors don’t have this issue). You might wanna bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. That said it was ok to me and I could sleep through it.
Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was confortable and included everything we needed. We used the laundry service and we were happy with it. There was a water filter so no bother buying new bottle of water everyday (and more eco friendly). Free tea and snacks which is also appreciated

United KingdomIt is a bit out of the way in terms of to the centre but we didn’t mind this so much as it’s a peaceful environment to come back to after busy markets etc. It is also easy to get a grab so I wouldn’t let this put you off.
Super clean and comfortable plus very good value for money. Free tea and snacks and water everyday, the maid also did a clean for us on one of the days. The host was friendly and quick with communication. I would recommend this place to stay!

The overall stay was super nice and we definitely would recommend! The hotel was super clean and modern. The private room had a balcony and great bathroom. The owner seemed very experienced, kind and friendly, to make us as comfortable as possible! She had great tips for food in the area. Even when we had trouble with the airco, she came up with good solutions and helped us throughout our stay. If you dont mind a walk, the hotel is well located near the south of the old city.
