The Hotel and the staff were amazing always ready to help and friendly with us and our kids. There was A lot of activities to keep the young children busy, definitely a family friendly environment. Bedrooms were decent size and clean. The restaurant offered a good selection of different types of food, breakfast was delicious.I will definitely recommend it.

Cleaning was sporadic. Issue with letting us check-out an hour later with a young baby. Lack of space around the pools for guests. No changing facitilies near the pools. No changing facilities for babies on the main floor.

Wonderful food, well above par. Such friendly staff, particularly the restaurant/bar and kids club(s) staff. The transfer to/from Kata Beach and town were quick and simple. Large room.

The pool was relatively small, and there definitely weren't enough sunbeds to accommodate the guests. The gym was tiny, and sometimes didn't have towels or water. Housekeeping were usually late to clean the room, and on one occasion missed our room altogether.

Staff were friendly and the room was large - with plenty of space for the family. Canopy bar served up great cocktails, and had the best menu with regards to food. Location was good, close to Kata Beach, numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.

Generally everthing was very good but given it’s a beach resort sometimes cleanliness was not always up to the mark.

Facilities are quite dated. The gym is too tiny to be relevant and the lifts need to be changed.

Hotel is under construction. Many lifts not working and need to climb stairs a lot. Which could be good depending your needs. Room furniture is old style and bit worn out. Quite a few places under construction around which makes is less pleasant. Lobby is not air-con so it can be quite hot. It is on top of the steep hill. Hotel provides shuttle bus but only until 630 pm. After 630 you will need to exercise quite a bit. Food and drinks quite expensive inside.

Although it’s great, you can tell the hotel rooms need some work to be updated.

The hotel is very accommodating for families. The kids loved the kids club and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was nice and the location, despite being on a hill it is still close to everything you need while feeling far away up in the hills. All staff were very friendly, accommodating and lovely including the tour sales staff. They kept checking in with us, the cleaning staff were great and overall we were pleased with our stay. Poolside food and drinks were great too just days lounging around the pool and everything was reasonably priced.

It's up a very steep hill so going out or coming back walking was always a big effort.

Loved the resort. It was not big but big enough. The kids loved the pool and kids club. It was hard to get them out of the resort! We didn't use the spa as it was very expensive compared to what you could get outside The hotel. The food was OK and worked for us for the days we stayed at the hotel. The staff were amazing. From housekeeping to restaurant and bar staff as well as the kids club especially Pom and team they made my kids stay amazing.

The Staff were really kind & helpful. My wife had gluten Allergy and the chef made special cakes and other styling for her that was really good happy wife happy life !!!😂 Remember guys hotel is up the steep hill hotel does pick up and drop off just to the hill and beach that was helpful or for knows what would have happened to me .

The hotel is on top of a hill. Its a big hill, especially when it's hot. There is a shuttle bus that can take you up once ever 30mins or so, but it would have been tough if our kids were younger and the hill was too much for them. Having said this, it's a small price to pay and totally worth it for the quality of the accommodation. I figure it counted as a daily workout and made the afternoon swims even better.

The hotel and its facilities were perfect for a family - great service, delicious breakfast and fantastic pools.
