Pool could have been cleaner. Free shuttle to airport was advertised but I had to pay for taxi to airport, but was only 100 baht anyway.

Close to airport as I was only in Thailand overnight. Big clean room. Selected this place as had a pool. Short safe walk of a few hundred metres for good food and cold beer

Our only disappointment was we had opted for a shuttle bus from airport and we couldn’t locate so we got a taxi instead. On way back to the airport we got another taxi and we’re stuck in traffic. So give yourself ample time when heading back to the airport. The pool could have been cleaner.

The staff were very friendly and the property met our expectations. The property is also close to various cheap eating options. Nothing fancy just local eateries.

Reception staff spoke little English bar one, and it seemed to take three of them to do anything. It was really hard to find the place as the link on booking.com is completely wrong and our taxi driver had never heard of it. He tried to phone them several times but no one answered the phone.

Proximity to the airport is good and the breakfast was very nice. Pool clean and cool after a hot day and completely in shade, which is great if you don't want to sunbathe, which I don't, but others might be disappointed. Also there is no restaurant or bar despite what the description says, so apart from breakfast you need to go out for food. Can highly recommend the Kota cafe/bar just over the main road which was excellent.

There is only one building has luggage cart and the way to access. The other is not. There are just has steps so it’s kind of difficult to take big heavy suitcase to get in and out of the building. Room doesn’t have microwave as it shows up on a photo.

Maid lady is very friendly and helpful.

Wifi

OK Hotel, basic, staff is friendly. But...wifi was terrible at a moment we really needed good wifi. Might heve been a momentaraly thing though. Swimming pool is of good quality

1. the shower head holder is unadjustable and fix at the hight of approx 180 cm so one hand showering was not comfortable. (bathroom also equipped with rain shower head) and the bathroom amenities kits was insufficient for 2 guests. 2. door lock system, only the magnetic keycard system no deadbolt lock caused us not 100% feel secure 3. on the night we arrived (2130 and already informed that we would arrive late due to flight landed BKK around 2000) only 1 night-shift staff at the front desk. We had to manage 4suitcases to the room by ourselves without any help from staff. He concentrated only what shall we order for breakfast and repeatedly asked several times which I feel it’s inappropriate.

Swimming pool looks like it has not been used in a while

If your looking for a no nonsense drive to the airport in quick time then this hotel works. The chicken restaurant the opposite side of the road is very good.

The staff is very kind but doesn't provide the quality of service, one expects to have in a 4* hotel. Poor command of English (hopefully I can speak Thai...), very hesitant. But smiling, kind and trying their best

Very helpful. Comfortable and clean close to airport. Also have a day charge if you dont want an overnight stay but can use swimming pool and have a room to change before a long flight

The water in the shower was cold sometimes, even at highest temperature. Not super big problem, but yeah, warmer would be nice. However, the next room i had it was the oppesite. Too much hot water and no cold water. It was no super big issue.

The wifi didn't work properly

It's close to the airport and relatively cheap. It was clean and the ac was working. The wifi however didn't work so we checked out and went to a different hotel the next day.

Very clean and spacious. Excellent bathroom, big shower. Very helpful staff. Close to very good Japanese restaurant. Decent swimming pool. Close to airport.
