The gym - Small with too much equipment and poor ventilation. Not enough room to work out comfortably if more than 2 people are in there. Breakfast options can be improved, it was ok but for a 4 star hotel not up to expectations. Coffee wasn't the best. There was no milk option for those who are lactose intolerant. Would be great to see more local food options. The beach towels looked old and a bit tattered. I think the hotel should replace old beach towels as it cheapens their brand. The shower could do with deep clean, specifically the bathroom floor.

Great location in Kata, about 20mins walk to Kata beach and under 10 mins from Kata night market. About 30 min car ride to other areas such as Chalong or Old Phuket Town, depending on traffic. It's an easy walk to Karon and there's plenty of opportunities to stop for drinks along the way. The resort was very nice in general. The pool access room was fantastic, we were in a quieter part of the hotel and never heard other patrons who were using the pool closer to the bar area. The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping and reception staff were quick to action requests. Beach towels were available and we could take them on day trips or request replacements when needed. The restaurant is very spacious and well staffed. Happy hour at the beach bar was a nice touch, the beach bar area was well maintained and relaxing. Though the hotel appeared to be full, if you were in the main pool area it never felt overcrowded as there was plenty of space for everyone. Internet connection was very good. We would stay again due to location, the quality of the room and great service.

My only complaint would be the cost of laundry service, and the bed felt like two singles pushed together when we had booked a queen.

The pool was stunning, I had a room that connected to the pool and absolutely loved it. I also loved the swim up bar, happy hour was fantastic. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options to share.

The cleaning team should be more careful - they broke my toothbrush case (it was in the bathroom) and didn’t even bother to say anything. Plus, the bathroom needed more tlc (the glass shower was not cleaned either before check in, nor during our stay - you could not see through from the stains)

The property is looking a little worn, a little maintenance and some fresh towels etc would make the experience more luxe. Adding wine to the bar menu would also be a bonus!

The hotel is well appointed and in a great location, set back from the busyness of the main road but with plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. The staff were lovely, and the pool access rooms were a great treat! The included breakfast had a lot of variety.

This was a really clean nice hotel in kata ! Nice breakfast and clean rooms. It’s about a 15 min walk to the beach! Bolts are really easy to order.

The only point is the breakfast which is very "Asian". However, my husband liked a lot. You have full dishes for the breaskfast, like soup, rice, pasta... You also have a good eggs station and pancakes/wafles/bread. I would only add more fruit options and more ham/cheese options or more options like muffins/cakes/croissants.

We stayed in a one of the rooms that goes directly to the pool, which was very good. In this private space you can rest and enjoy the pool. I would add a reclining chair or something where you can put your feet to be more confortable and to relax but the chairs that you have are also already super confortable. The room was very clean and the decoration of the hotel in general is super nice. The hotel is 10 min walking max from Kata beach, where you can rent a chair for 100BATH/person for the full day and close to the hotel you have everything you might need: 7-11, ATM, many restaurants, laundry, massage ... also is close to the Kata night market

We were there for two weeks and the breakfast choices were generally good, however, the pastry east the same every day. A croissant and a jam Danish.

We had a room with pool access and it was wonderful. A nice sized room. Staff were all great.

One complaint is the noise level. We heard chairs being moved, footsteps above us and construction taking place.

Great location. Walking distance to both Karon; and, Kata beach. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. WiFi was acceptable. Direct access to the pool via the room was a great feature.
