Price of the rooms is way too high. Two bottles of water when you arrive then only one a day after the first day. It's a very basic hotel for what I paid.

Bed was comfy enough. Staff were nice. Location is excellent.

Would have given more stars had any of the staff been in anyway smiley or helpful.....they could not have cared less. I would stay again but there are many other options locally with better staff.

Cockroaches in room - 3 seen in 7 night stay. Very poor shower - weak and inconsistent temperature.

Good sized room and an excellent location. Short walk to beach, bar area and night market. Good aircon, very quiet room.

Shower very cool, even on maximum setting. Watet temperature below body temperature, so felt like freezing water. Could not shower. 3-in-1 coffee sachets supplied and a kettle, but no sockets to plug it in! Had to take it to a narrow shelf with TV, unplug TV to plug in kettle. Not good to have hot kettle surrounded with electric cables, so gave up on the coffee.

Hard bed but good linen, so slept well. Quiet location despite bar with live music next door. Could not hear it. Quiet airconditioner. Plenty of natural light through door leading to small balcony (but only room to stand) Lady on reception very pleasant. Check-in took 2 minutes.

The bed is like slab of concrete. Just horrible for me. The pool was not remotely inviting, but the beach isn’t far away so that was preferable. The shower was terrible as couldn’t get the water warm. Either boiling or cold. Something very strange with the plumbing.

Location was excellent. Nice and new looking room. Had breakfast in the cafe downstairs which was great. Best coffee I’ve had in 2 weeks.

We had cockroaches in our room. There is no furniture on the little balcony, no view at all.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the night market. You can get a good breakfast at the coffe right at the hotel entrance. Staff is friendly and helpful, they also printed train tickets for us. Bathroom facilities are also fine.

They have opportunities to improve on the toilet bowl cleaning.

The staff were good. The facility looks like it has been remodeled recently. Noise: No issues as I had a room at the back, away from the front of the hotel which faces the main road. Hot water: No issues WiFi: the strength of the signal was good as well as the speed. Cleanliness: The room and the alleyways / corridors were well maintained and clean. Food: They have a small cafe in front of th hotel but there are several restaurants available within walking distance form the hotel. They have opportunities to improve on the toilet bowl cleaning.

Great location, The hotel is close to the beach, night market and train/bus links to Bangkok/Suva airport. Good selection of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance too.

Could only pay cash upon check in but that wasn't a problem as there is ATM and money exchange right outside hotel.

Great little hotel in the centre of hua hin,with good WiFi. 5 minutes walk from everything, beach, bar/restaurant/nightmarket etc.... Would stay again if visiting hua hin.

Bathroom needs refurb.

Very friendly staff, great location and definlty value for money. Room was good and comfortable., Bathroom was a little rundown however, which could do with a clean and a paint job.

The place was absolutely filthy. There was black mould in the bedroom and bathroom. The terrace had nothing but a spoon, a few cigarette bits and covered in bird droppings. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in an age. There’s was closed to zero internet. It was just an atrocious experience.
