Amazing staff. The staff are what makes the Arbour Hotel so exceptional. Friendly, polite, helpful and always welcoming and smiling. Good selection for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Have tried a few places in Pattaya but will only stay at the Arbour Hotel now. The managers should be very proud of their team.

South KoreaMinus 1. Noise problem: Considering the grade of this hotel, my room was quite vulnerable to both external and internal noises. I understand that it’s not easy to fix. Well, I brought earplugs in advance, and I strongly recommend you do the same. 2. Gym: Well-maintained and clean, but considering the grade of the hotel, it was quite small and had very few pieces of equipment.
Plus 1. Great value: Marvelous rooftop, including a pool, spacious rooms, convenient location, well-designed facilities, and well-maintained property. 2. Amazing staff: All the staff were helpful and friendly. Most of them speak English fluently, so communication was smooth. 3. Breakfast: 10/10. Splendid view, great service and atmosphere, excellent à la carte options including an enjoyable buffet. 4. Fast elevator: It was the fastest elevator I have ever ridden in a Thai hotel. Considering the size of the hotel, the three fast elevators were very convenient and helpful.

IrelandI was a bit disappointed with the gym/fitness centre and expected something more substantial. It had a few light dumbells, a multigym piece of equipment and a couple of cardio pieces. I feel it could invest in more equipment and bring it up to a 4 or 5 star standard.
Amazing staff who are so friendly and helpful the minute you arrive. The hotel is in a great location and only a short walk from Soi Buakhao and Treetown if you're looking for nightlife.
