Location is great, they do warn you about the late bar nearby and it really is loud some nights and difficult to sleep through. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious but the toilet was dirty. The drawer inside is filthy. I have informed the reception that the water from the bathtub doesn't drain properly. In my 3 night stay nothing was done. The bathroom is not wiped properly when I check it. And even the WC wasn't flush.

The dormitory of mixed 8 people is in reality a 16 mixed dormitory as it’s one big room separated by a curtain. Also, the bar next door plays loud music every day until late. If you are out all night, is fine, but if you need to rest, you will need a pair of earplugs.

The location is amazing! It’s located by the main street with all shops, bars, restaurants around. You cross the street and there is the beach.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property the only downside was all group activities involved alcohol - pub crawl, drunk bingo etc. More sober group activities would be great - a hostel I stayed at in Bangkok did a group dinner every evening and that was great -

The property says seafront and they mean it. It is less than a minute to bamboo beach bar, where there is around 10 steps down to the sea. View is unreal. The beach bar has an infinity pool that you’re allowed to use too. The hostel is clean, friendly, has a lift which I found very useful. Luggage storage and laundry options. I originally booked for a night but extended and stayed for three!

The geyser wasn’t functioning properly and it was a struggle to find staff to fix it. The room size was very small but it was neatly kept. The location was fantastic.

Sometimes it might've been a bit too close to the nightlife but it wasn't a problem.

The room was clean, functional, private and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with plenty of pressure and room. The hotel was well situated and easy access to all activities. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance, as was the take-off points for the boats for daytrips. Taxis are always available and it is only about half an hour to the airport.

When the shower was turned on and water went to the drain the smell of hell came from the plug hole and a second drain hole in the floor. It was above a bath (which was not useable) and took 45 minutes to drain after use.

No parking for customers, you need to park your car by the road side but need to move your car early in the morning. The staff can’t really speak english but still acceptable.

The bistro is just few steps away from your hotel room. The reception starred at me when i told them travel with kid despite there is so many room just chking-out.

Not a safe place for the elderly due to the steep steps to get to the bungalow.
