The hotel was a little hard to find because the signage on the main road is a little small. Luckily there's GPS.

Delicious breakfast. All the restaurants in the hotel were delicious. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. We didn't leave the hotel at all because it was so good. Will definitely be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andaz Pattaya! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Thai elements that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with stunning views and every comfort you could ask for. The breakfast spread was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The pools, beach area, and gardens were perfectly maintained, and it truly felt like a serene escape from the busy world. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. Great holiday destination. Great facilities. Amazing staff. However I think I was overcharged for an upgrade offered to me at the desk when I arrived. Left a bitter/ sweet taste in my mouth. Nevertheless we spent time around the pool, it was very quiet. Breakfasts could have had a much better variety of high quality food - work to be done in this. The spa was excellent. The attentive staff made this overall a very nice treat.

Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable , from the moment we checked in till the day we departed. The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds , lots of seating areas to enjoy the surrounds . High standards of cleanliness throughout. Food was amazing , spoilt for choice .

When i check in, reception desk requested me the actual credit card(which already paid in advance) i guess it is way too much even if that is hotel policy. That policy must be improved. In thesedays? All information was shared via various method(email, apps, text etc). I used my husband credit card and i had to submit his passport copy even he was not with us. What if my company paid my accommodation?

Everything is done to have secluded rest. The beach is excellent for kids and for adults. The view from the beach is amazing. We tried another beach in Pattaya, but this in Andaz is way more comfortable to get into the sea and swim. The infinity pool on the beach and pools in the hotel are very cozy and not so crowded. There is a kids club with various activities. We tried fish feeding. The kids loved it. The service and personnel do their best to make feel you comfortable and happy. The design of the hotel and facilities are excellent. The spa is great with Japanese bath ( onsen), Turkish bath and Finish bath. The gym has everything to do a good workout. The restaurants have a great variety of choices. We loved Thai restaurant. We loved our stay at Andaz Pattaya.
