Facilities such as number of water bottles, coffee etc was less than some hotels but with the price for the room and all the pros I would not detract from the rating for this. It is after all a 3 star hotel on paper.

Well worth the price. In other places its what you'd expect for much more money. - The rooms were clean and spacious. - The views are amazing - The pool was very large, clean, warm and usually quite empty. Good for swimming and has a small pool for little children. - The staff were friendly - Location is close to markets and quite near to popular beach

Beach is 1.5 km far and only four free shuttles. No shuttles available after 7:00 pm.

The location was good, a bit far from the beach, but its a nice long walk. They also provide free shuttle to the beach. The view from the balcony was really beautiful and very friendly staff.

the view from the room was really nice, a really big mountain in front of it. We also had a small problem with bugs and even tho we said it was not needed they insisted in changing rooms and we got a nicer room.

Wierd smell in the room, kinda lika mould. Not much but a little, don’t know if it was the ac or something.

Beautiful resort, the pool area is amazing. Kind staff and clean rooms. The cafe had good food, and there’s lots of restaurants on the street outside.

There’s nothing i dont like just this place a bit far if you want to walk to ao nang market. 30mins walk but if u take grab is more easier.

Everything is good, worth the price. and quite peaceful which is good for who wants to chill and healinggg. Hehe

Breakfast was good. My partner was sick one day and they let me take food in a plastic container to the room for her. Nice view. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Nice little coffee shop with friendly staff on site. Pool was big enough to relax in.

A little bit far from town but the hotel does offer a shuttle service. However if you need to get Bolt and opt for a cheaper option, drivers will cancel until you select the expensive price.

The first night when we arrived at night time . At night time Was busy with next room of client so noisy with drunk people they were weak up all night . Later on in morning I had been talked with reception staff about it and I asked then to change the room for us Instead from room 408 to 410 It’s must better. All staff is friendly.

Only issue is that the rooms on the ends were previously suites i believe and are now separate by closed doors on each side. But you hear everything from the other room. When i complained about it they immediatly moved me to another room.

Staff was amazing, super kind and fast to find solutions when issues were met. 12/10 staff. Location is great too, close to everything, the place is cute and the bed is nice.

Location is slightly out of the main area, about a 20 minute walk to most restaurants and the beach

The last truck back from town was at 7.15 A little early for us because we only ever took the 7pm one into town for dinner

We got three separate rooms when we were here (travelling with 6 adults) my kids were on the same floor with joining rooms. My partner and I were a couple of floors up The rooms were clean and quite large Beds were comfy Very quiet They had a truck that went into town a few times a day

Good location, surrounding by beautiful cliffs. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony and pool view. Two bottles of water have been provided each day during room cleaning. Staff was very kind and helpful. Transport can be requested from/to the airport. Ao Nang beach is about 15 minutes walk, but there is a free shuttle Service by the hotel. Wide range of choices for breakfast.
