Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaBeing hyper critical it needs a little face lift. However, after Covid this could be said about a lot of hotels and resorts in Thailand.
The Staff were fantastic from the security guard policing the hotel who went way above And beyond. Front of House reception staff just amazing service nothing was to much trouble. The cafe staff especially the exceptional waitress who was at Breakfast each morning, a delightful young professional. Always greeted me with a beaming smile.

Location was excellent, 50 meters within the street from the main road. Close to Emsphere and bts station. Check-in was a breeze and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was firm to my liking. Wait time for the elevator never exceeded 15 seconds throughout my 6 day stay if that helps in deciding on this property. Picked this hotel because of the size and it was the right choice.

Hong KongThe room AC really is very loud and we couldn’t rest properly for the duration of our stay. I did see other commenters mentioning this and ignored the fact, which I regret. Bring earplugs. Breakfast is so-so, again, at the level of what you pay for. There are many eateries nearby and a shopping mall with lots of options if you’d prefer to skip the hotel breakfast.
