A few minor points: - They need to play a greater variety of music on the rooftop. It was the same 20 - 30 songs on repeat for my entire stay while using the pool and gym. By the second day it started to drive me a little crazy. - The gym was pretty good for a smallish hotel, but it was lacking towels and a clock, which are pretty standard in hotel gyms, and would have made the gym experience much better.

Excellent location. The rooftop pool was a highlight. Everything is clean and in good condition - walking in the door feels like entering an oasis of calm after the heat and chaos of the streets of Pattaya. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good for Thai standards and a good value.

First room I had was lovely but faced the road and found out during the night at all hours motor bikes up and down the road and loud music which goes on till 4 and 5 am so had a problem trying to sleep, fortunately the staff were able to move me to a quieter room for the rest of my stay

They dont offer late checkout. My hotel in Bangkok offered us a few hours longer before our flight, and we only asked for 2 hours, plus they were busy. We will definitely stay there again. You would think after staying 3 times, they would check guest history and offer some sort of late checkout. That's only downside complaint. Would be nice if the gym was open 24 hours.

3rd time staying. The location is great. Lots to do around the area. Restaurant across the street on the corner was my fav. The housekeeper was super friendly. The front desk staff was nice. The tall lady with the nice smile was super friendly.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The pool was very well maintained and great to spend time in. The room was like brand new and had the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room wasn't noisy, but earplugs were provided just in case. I have stayed in many hotels, this was the only one where the staff stood out as being genuinely kind and caring, going above and beyond to make a great stay.

The rooms at the front of the hotel are a bit louder than at the back in terms of outside noise, but we had no issue.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We were made to feel welcome and the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable.

In the room and especially the sink area in the bathroom, there were always ants running about and also on some occasions on the desktop under the tv The pillows were either too high or too low and putting them together didnt work as they became too high, so i had to use a large towel folded up under a pillow to get the correct height The beds were ok but a little bit lumpy

The rooftop pool area is not big enough to cater for the number of guests. The breakfast quality and variety is below par given the presentation of the hotel and the regular rates charged.

Great value for money with the special rate of 56% off. Right in the middle of the action in Pattaya. Modern and clean.

The breakfast we didnt choose because we were quite spoiled from Bangkok and found that it was not so big variety as there. So we dropped the breakfast at the hotel.

You could hear lots of noise from the streets at night time. (The hotel does supply ear plugs though.)

The only immprovement I would suggest is that more really fresh juices would be available (ex orange juice!) and that the quality of the offered foods in the restaurant matches more with the hotel standard.

It is a great hotel, with excellent staff and super clean rooms and great service. Excellent beds, great housekeeping and all request were dealt with swiftly and promptly. Excellent location

How noisy it was - triple glazed windows would be better. No wardrobe space, pillows not great.

Big bed, big room, clean bathroom and bedroom, great service from house keeping. Room service was very fast.
