The location was just opposite of a massage parlor and not the serious kind, you could hear them shouting at the passerbies all night, very annoying. The soap had nibbles the next morning which might mean rats?

The bed was super comfy, the room was really spacious and clean, a lot of amenities like small kitchen but I guess most travelers wouldn't need those.

Hot water in the shower wasn't hot, and the days we stayed were quite cold for the island so this was dissapointing. Also the road is quite noisy and it can disturb your peace. Wall are thin, so if neighboor room is watching tv you can perfectly hear it.

I liked the arrangement of the apartment, perfect for a family.

Bathroom is really not great. smelled really bad and there was no hot water in our shower. (I’m sure they would’ve fixed it but we were only there for a night so didn’t bother asking)

Staff were super friendly, the room was really modern and TV was great. If you find this room for cheap, I think it’s good value for money

The food is terrible, and there is no delivery service around. We felt hungry one day there. We ordered food in the hotel and asked for a bit of spice, but it came with super spice, almost uneatable. My wife didn't eat, and we had only a cup noodle at night. It was a very uncomfortable situation.

The air con was very weak (luckily they gave us extra fans) The bathrooms have a gap above so you can hear the other rooms If your wanting to do diving or anything near the strip don’t stay here it is fairly out of the way and taxis in Koh Tao are rather expensive

The AC wasn’t strong at all (it did work just not powerful) however we had a big fan in our room so it wasn’t to big a deal

Loved this hotel! Location was great and mopeds available for rent there. Beds were very comfortable and the room was huge. Working fridge and tv with Netflix available.

Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was quite disappointing. The location is right next to a very busy and loud road, which caused constant noise throughout the day and night. The listing mentioned that there would be a microwave, which was technically true. However, it was only a 200-watt microwave, which made it nearly useless. It took 15 minutes just to slightly warm up my oats and even then, they were barely lukewarm. I had to repeat this process three times just to get a halfway decent bowl of oatmeal. When I mentioned this issue, the hosts were very friendly and willing to help, but didn’t really seem to understand the problem. Their solution was simply to "leave the food in longer," which obviously isn’t practical.

Broken shower. A small window in the room that was so high, you couldn’t see out of it. The noise coming from the road was so loud. The door lock didn’t work properly. I stayed elsewhere for the same price and it was so much nicer. You’re overcharging for rooms here.
