The massage prices are shocking and excessive. I paid 4200 baht for an hour massage for me and my wife. And the quality of the massage was useless. We were so disappointed that we asked for a refund and as compensation they sent us a cake to the room. Although I was sure that we would be refunded our money.

The breakfast was really good, but there was a cold drink stand at the far end of the dining room and it would be better to have another stand in the entrance area.

Our experience at Amari Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed twice during our trip – one night at the beginning of our vacation and two nights at the end – and both times were absolutely perfect. Location: The hotel is ideally located right across from the Platinum Mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring Bangkok. Everything you need is within walking distance. Dining: The hotel’s restaurant Prego is outstanding – high-quality food, fair prices, and an especially welcoming place for those with celiac disease. The staff made sure gluten-free options were safe and delicious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Service & Staff: This is where Amari truly shines. The level of attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism is unmatched. The staff anticipate every need and handle every request with genuine care. A special mention goes to Golf, whose extraordinary dedication and warmth made us feel cared for like family. Overall Experience: From start to finish, everything was handled with excellence. The rooms were comfortable, the food delicious, the location ideal, but most importantly – the staff’s hospitality was beyond extraordinary.
