- Restaurant prices are little bit hig. - Laundry price is little bit high. - I stayed at 5316 room and very far to reception.

+ Top much green area and many trees. + Staff is kind and helpful. + Pools and beach are nice. + Location is good. + Italian restaurant just opposite is worth to try. + Room is clean and big. + Daily cleaning is good. + Buggy service from room to reception is nice. + Amenities in the room are quality equipments.

If you are traveling with small kids do NOT book the garden section and make sure you are not on a top floor. We had to lift the baby and stroller 3 floors each time and walk a few good minutes. Imagine if you forget something in the room.. Them putting us as a family with young kids in that location is the only complaint we have about our stay and the staff were understanding and compensated us. However, I recommend you learn from our mistake

It's the most pricey of the places we stayed and the others were also very good Booking.com said we had an airport transfer included but the team didn't honour it and we were charged 500 bht (around 12 pounds) for a 10 minute ride to airport. Most airport proximity hotels have airport shuttles included and arranged.

It's a haven when you walk in with friendly capable staff who listened carefully to what we were hoping to do in Koh Samui and made brilliant recommendations including 2 businesses offering BBQ fish on beach with fires how Room service, pool bar and surrounding businesses excellent food drink and service with reasonable price

- To go to the lobby, breakfast area and beach, you need to pass a busy traffic road if you do not stay at beach side of hotel. - Italian restaurant prices can be better. - Taxi drivers waiting around the hotel is cheaters. - Small exchange office bunker just opposite hotel is cheater.

The pool near the Garden Wing has mosquitoes and be bitten when rested near the poolside.

Breakfast variety is good and delicious. Beach can be better with high tide. Pool is good.

We really enjoyed our stay - what a lovely hotel! Great location - within walking distance of busy Chaweng beach but far enough away to be peaceful. Delicious food and very helpful staff when needed.

The hotel could be more cleaner, like the Food Gallery Restaurant toilets were shocking and didnt seem like they were maintained regularly. There was no option to order drinks at the hut terrace pool area, which was very poor!

staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Mac at the reception counter, he was super helpful!! I love the terrace huts we stayed in which directly outside was the pool area and the food in the gallery waa delicious!!

While we really appreciated that the hotel was able to accommodate us in adjoining rooms with the family we were travelling with, the connecting doors were unfortunately not soundproof. My parents were woken up each night—not by us, but by the guests in the neighbouring room returning late. Similarly, the main room doors had noticeable gaps underneath, offering very little sound insulation. On one occasion, a group of teenagers shouting in the hallway at midnight woke up our baby, who then struggled to settle for the rest of the night. This feels like a relatively easy fix for Amari and would make a big difference for families and light sleepers.

We had a brilliant stay! The food options were excellent - definitely on the pricier side, but well worth it for the quality. We especially enjoyed the happy hours, which rotated around the three different pools, each offering great cocktails and a fun, relaxed atmosphere. We were lucky to be there during Songkran, and the hotel had set up a fantastic mini water play park in the Garden Pool area. It was perfect for little ones - our 1-year old absolutely loved it! Despite the hotel being busy for the holiday, the space is so well designed that it never felt crowded. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our daughter feel special, which made a big difference to our experience. Highly recommend for families travelling with young children!

Our comment is concerning some guests smoking pod in the hotel areas and room balcony. We feel very bad and you can smell the toxic from the smoke in the hotel. However when we informed the front desk. They tried to handle. There are many children and families guests, the non smoking policy should be implemented strictly
