Great location and well maintained property. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Bedding is comfortable and aircon is well balanced. Gym is modern and pool is clean. Restaurant food is good and the bar is relaxed with live music by solo singer on some evenings.

Friendly staff in a quiet hotel with comfy beds and a fantastic breakfast. The shuttle bus was also very efficient (about 20 minutes to and from the airport). The bar was a nice place to relax with a cocktail in the evening too.

The staff service was exceptional. They really wanted to assist us at all times. The view from our room was fantastic. Breakfast options were perfect. So much to choose from. The hotel was around 30 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel provided a for shuttle service. They gave us great advice on time to leave for next flight check in in.

Everything about this hotel is simply amazing. Pre - booking I requested extra pillows - they were in the room on arrival. The staff were lovely, facilities for 7th floor large room, with access to a lounge providing complimentary soft drinks, coffee and snacks was well worth the extra and the room itself was complete with free mini bar (no alcohol). Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely evening in the restaurant at very reasonable prices and a nice bar with live laid back music. You would expect to pay £300+ per night for this standard in London.
