How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast setting: you should choose a meal from the small menu without a lot of variation. There are only a couple of choices that you might like, and for a longer stay, you are getting tired of them. Coffee wasn't good, and only one cup is included in the price (just black coffee) - I would rather give up the meal to get more coffee and just eat the fruits that are available anyway. But it wasn't an option, the staff working in the bar was kinda strict. Weirdly, the first day, they didn't even give me a small portion of milk for my cup of coffee and pointed to the milk powder on the table I could use. But the next days, they provided me with coffee with milk. It felt like the staff wasn't sure about these kinds of things and didn't want to be flexible even in small things. Anyway, I'd rather not book breakfast next time.
The overall experience was great. We liked the room, and the pool is very nice (next time, I'd definitely book a room with direct pool access). The staff was always friendly and usually helpful. The premises are well-maintained.

There wasnt much to not like, in fact I can't think of anything negative to say
Loved my room and the direct access to the pool. The bar and restaurant was good and the pool was lovely. I will still here again and would definitely recommend it.

Set back from an extremely busy road . Limited parking spaces.
Convenient location for shops and restaurants. Modern "themed" rooms, we had direct access to the pool. Spacious room and bathroom.

Maybe it's the time if year being wet season but my room had a damp toilet like smell. When I mentioned it to reception they did address it and then the smell was gone but it returned a few days later. They addressed it again and it was fine till the last day of my stay when it came back. My hot water system also stopped working which meant I had no hot water for a few days. Not a big deal as the cold water wasn't so cold that I couldn't take a shower. Again when I raised it with reception it was fixed immediately.
The pool, the well kept gardens and landscaping. The bed is comfy. Close enough to everything you need but far enough to be away from the noise. I've stayed before here and I'll probably stay again if I return to phuket.

For some reason I could barely get warm water out of my shower. Also the fridge and other gear were a bit noisy at night.
Nice hidden resort close to the main road but away from the noise. Everything well maintained, room was quite spacious.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. Feels like a little oasis tucked away off the busy main road. Beds are super comfy, the pool is amazing! Staff are so helpful with anything you might need. The location is good as lots of food options next door but the road is super busy. I rented a bike to get to the beach (Nai Harn) and it took around 15 minutes but there’s plenty of scooter rentals if you’re feeling confident. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll stay here for sure, I had such an amazing week at this place.

Excellent location, near to stores, restaurants, cafes. Very helpful and professional staff. Very clean and nice room / we had a pool access room. We d stay again.

Restaurant service is not up-to the mark. Breakfast menu not comprehensive and they serve late. There are not much choice, outside food is better.

Poor air conditioner, very hot So many insects, my legs and arms are full of bites No refills tissue and toilet paper Only one room key can be provided, can’t ask for 2 Car park area was too small
