All is good with this place the only thing is that it is hard to get parking at times. Apart from that it is 🪭 fantastic 😍.

The location, room, pool with restaurant the staff were all great we have used this hotel a few times now and it's great for us. We really enjoyed staying here. It's a special place for us.

Nice stay, the room was spacious for the 3 of us and felt very comfortable. The hotel itself is a little dated but that wasn't an issue for us. The main thing we found was that it was just an old mens place to stay. There were 15 old men round the pool and it just felt a bit uncomfortable. Not sure why the target audience was for them but if you're a female probably worth knowing that. The pool was bit dirty and we didn't really enjoy the food. But overall it was a pleasant stay

The beds are very hard. The whole experience was ruined by a stomach churning pungent smell from the drain in the bathroom. Even an application of drain crystals didn't solve it and there's no opening bathroom window to ventilate the smell meaning the smell seeped into the bedroom.

Staff were amazing. Family room #60 is a good size with window and balcony to 2 sides on back corner of building where it is very quiet except on the 2 nights a week they did muay thai boxing next door. Although, the path to white sand beach is on the opposite side of the road it is only accessible at the lowest of low tides. It's about 120m from a small Makro supermarket and about 150m from the nearest 7-Eleven. There are several restaurants and bars next door in both directions and a very large a/c coffee shop opposite and Sahngad cafe just up the hill behind the hotel. Breakfast choice was adequate and pool at back is cold in afternoon/evening as it's in the shade by then. It's about 800m walk to all the action and atmosphere which happens around the Sabay Bar. Location is excellent and there's lots of parking spaces. Even in high season I was able to park anywhere along the beach road in front of restaurants and bars.

There is a boxing club next by so depending where is located your room it can be noisy

Everything was great, clean, safe and the swimming pool and the little restaurant beside the pool is a fantastic idea with great prices I enjoyed.that very much, great staff and the little boss " Dun Hom " was very good at working.

Little more bugs then expected as well as little outdated equipment/facilities, but nothing too bad for offered price. Little friendly gecko helped us with insects.

Perfect location for good price. Staff was super friendly and we spoke even to owner at evening pool. Breakfast include selected meal + toasts with butter and jam + little bananas + watter/juice/caffe/tea. Pork on basil is recomended. Hotel bar at pool has same prices as 7/11 and good drinks with enough alcohol. We enjoyed our time there.

Bad smell inside the wardrobe, it will be better, if you keep it closed whole time. Very old TV, but the hotel make renovation.

There was an electric kettle & cups, but not tea/coffee, so you need to buy it yourself.

Good location, large and clean room, access to beach is right across the street. Good for a few nights stay, would not stay longer.
