Location both on the beach and near the high traffic area

1. Stinky bathroom every day from leaking plumbing. Smelt like toilet every day. Floor from plumbing leak, was always wet. We requested it be fixed but never was. 2. Entry to hotel was concealed from the street and was a series of either ramps or steps to get to reception or our room. Not easy with suitcases. 3. No daily room water or breakfast included, which, considering the room cost, was very poor. 4. No room service. 5. The beach bar, food and restaurant service were slow at best. Can't imagine how slow it would have been if the venue was busy. 6. Restaurant food and beach bar drink prices were high compared to other venues. We switched to another lovely venue where all prices are more realistic. 7. On one night, we couldn't purchase wine by the glass at the beach restaurant.. As a result, we had to buy expensive bottled wine. 8. Room cleaning was fine, but little extras like soap and earbuds were not always provided. Needing us to request them some times. That shouldn't happen when charging prices as they did. 9. No hot water in the kitchen sink or bathroom hand basin. Not hygienic. Shower hot water flow was poor. 10. The venue is very tired. Gutters rusted allowing rain downpours to flood paths. Doors sliding rails and locking systems were corroded, making them hard to secure. In all, we wouldn't recommend a stay here. Never again for us, and we don't mark venues down unless they are well below standard.

We picked a luxury villa which was near the pool and beach, so our location was fine. But see what we didn't like comments. The room size was excellent, but, again, see dislike comments. The live entertainment on most nights was good, as was the nightly beach fire show.

We had to be moved twice, aircon was the issue with both! As we were moved I forgot my mirror in the bathroom when I asked for it the staff told me there was no mirror…a bit disappointing! Not a good impression!

The facilities are old and need renovation.

The staff is soo nice! Especially Gigi !! She helped us a lot 😍. The location is perfect in the center of the city Anf close to the beach.

I hated the trance, drum and bass that's pumped out onto the beach at 110db every day's. It's too loud by far and there target audience for this music is at the green mango nightclub. A pointless endeavour that only annoys and spoils the day.

The location is great as are the staff. The food in the restaurant is actually very good and served with a smile. Front staff are helpful.

The breakfast options were poor. Sometimes the same offerings were there the next day. Not really catering for English/Irish customers who like a fry up in the morning

The room is not clean, the bed smells, the blanket and pillow sheets are not clean, the floor is dirty, the hotel should change and renovate.

Location, right on the beach, yet the room is faraway enough there wasn't any noise. 2 pools. Breakfast with a view.

Water quality was very poor, warm water was so rusty could not have a proper shower, air con was so smelly for two night we could not use aircon in the room we had only the lounge one working, when we mentioned it to reception they did not want to compensate in any way, this is whilst we stayed at this resort for at least 4-5 nights. 😬

If this resort had a gym it would be excellent. The hot water heater struggled to keep up with shower. Slight plumbing leak on toilet(inlet clean water not sewage) in room 214.

Best location near the mall and main road. Food and drinks ok pricing and air conditioner could really work.

Room 108: 1. noise from planes flying overhead starts at 7ish to 8ish in the morning. 2. sound insulation in the room is poor. can hear convos from next door. 3. hard for ride hailing drivers and food delivery riders to find hotel. 4. shower and tap water pressure was erratic. 5. lost water supply for about 2 hours on one occasion. 6. mosquitoes at the porch area constantly so you won't be outdoors much. 7. safe deposit box wasn't working and had to be removed from the room with no replacement given.

Room 108: 1. beach lietrally just a minute away. 2. no noise from nearby clubs and bars. 3. low price during off season. 4. staff are friendly and helpful. 5. many food options within walking distance. 6. 5 minutes to central samui mall. 7. aircon was fast acting and powerful. 8. a great porch area to sit amd relax outdoors.

The unexpected party on the beach which had a local band playing until 2.30am so loud also a wedding function the night after with terrible DJ music going until 1am very loud and very close to my room so interrupted sleep for 2 nights the rest of the time was amazing

It was close to the beach and in a great central location in chaweng, close to all shopping and restaurants not too far from other locations

Booked for 5 people (Cost more than our group of 4 friends travelling with us) But we had exactly the same rooms as them. No extra bed, no extra towels. When discussing with the staff they said it was booking.com fault and I need to contact them o ask what I paid extra for. I then had to pay extra to get a bed for the extra person I had already paid extra for. Rooms are very basic.

Location, lovely beachfront hotel close to busy strip. Lovely food.
