How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was great! Rooms were nice and clean. For breakfast you can choose also thai food and everything is prepared when you order and they have the best coffee. The location is good, close to station-5minutes walking. The staff is just so lovely, nice and kind all the time! We had really good stay at Ago hotel.

Clean room in quiet area near Chinatown, met my needs for a quick overnighter. Highlight was for the friendly staff both greeting me in and during the stay. Very friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. They helped us arranging drivers for daytrips and making reservations for hidden gem restaurants. Would recommend to everyone.

No complaints whatsoever - my room was small but for one person it was perfect.
Delicious breakfast!!!! Delightful staff. Everything spotless, charming. Fantastic location - quiet but central.

Great location in Chinatown. The rooms are quite small, but it's not an issue unless you have loads of luggage. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a bit noisy in the sense that you hear other hotelguest coming and leaving very clearly.
Very friendly personal, perfect location (quiet but very close to buzz of Chinatown). The beds are a bit hard, but the staff was happy to help with extra sheets and duvets.

The main dining room/lobby/lounge was a little austere but always clean
Loved the staff - all of them super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless and our room was immaculate every time we came back with our books placed upon our pillows. The hotel is in a good location with only a short walk to the river, Chinatown, Talat Noi and the nearest MRT Station. IconSiam Mall is also very easy to get to from the pier by the Sheraton Hotel and at 6 baht is very cheap ( access the hop-on/off river boat from IconSiam)

I didn't like how I couldn't leave items to charge throughout the day unless my key card was in a monitoring holster.
How close it was to where people shouldn't go. Everyone everywhere treated me really nice. I went to every back alley. Everyone was stoked to say hi. Even though they call klong toey the slum, I recognized their industrious industries. I've done pipe fitting and structural fabrication. Was stoked to recognize these industries in the nearby vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was relatively pricy, but that was mainly because we were staying around New Years. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable (still a little hard, but not as bad as most places in Thailand). The location is absolutely perfect as it is pretty quiet around the hotel itself, but the hustle and bustle of Chinatown is just around the corner. The best thing about this place was how helpful the personnel is though. One of the girls at reception helped us out multiple times making phone calls to make reservations at restaurants. She really went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. In case you have a late flight, they also have a shower room that you can use. The service is really amazing!

Almost nothing. Coffee was mediocre, that’s about it!
Wonderful owner and staff who were always there to help. Beds were very comfortable and on the firm side. Great location in Chinatown nearby the metro and lots of great food, art, night vendors, and walking distance to the river and boats. Yummy breakfast! Recordoffee next door is a great little slow coffee joint with the best espresso drinks.

The only thing we'd mention that the aircon blows directly onto the bed.

Very clean, friendly personal, great location (6 min to metro, 10 minutes to train station, few minutes to Chinatown centrum). Very small room but u dont need anything bigger for 2 person.
