Not many real Thai restaurants in the area, mostly touristy spots or Indian restaurants. Hotel interior extremely old. TV / Internet barely work. Gym is in pieces, with most machines broken. View out of the room was an abandoned building with loads of trash. Traffic in the area is insane, so plan trips well ahead of time.

Location is decent, only about ten minutes walk to nearest station. Rooms are big, although very dated. Very cheap is this place’s saviour. Pool was nice on the rooftop.

a few issues with door cards etc and no hot water .this was not a major issue , only reason I would not stay there again is management. I tried to change my check in as flight was changed on me only to move to whole stay by the same amount and was told no . Also tried to extend and was told for 6 days 15000bt but online price was only 8000bt

A little cockroach came through and spooked me in the shower but they had signs saying they are getting an insect inspection done on the 30th so not a big deal!

The room was very big with own kitchen which was awesome. Had a little balcony too, everything was pretty clean and the staff were so nice. I felt safe staying there too as a solo traveller, and it was so close walking distance to the Emsphere and BTS line. Will stay here again!!

No restaurang in-house. Have to catch a shuttle to get to a another hotel. The gym was dated. Worn out machines. Not fresh. The pool area is not very cozy.

I had a two room flat. Good beds. Good location. But outside there is some very good restaurants like Wine Depot. Friendly staff. There is small pool at the very top of the hotel. Good beds

Given that the tap water isn't safe to drink, more water bottles would be nice. The cleaners left 2x 500 ml bottles each day, but the front desk was unwilling to provide more and sent me to 7/11. The fitness room is very unequipped for anyone looking to lift more than 10 lbs.

I was lucky to have a room on the side of the building facing a quiet lot. It's worth paying the extra for that, since two of the four sides are on streets, and one of them is very busy. The A/C worked well and service was good. The pool was very welcome after a hot day.

excellent price for what was delivered. I had one of the larger suite rooms for about 5 days. Clean room, good facilities. Safe. Good location to cheap restaurants, and a large mall that has a fantastic food court. Good air conditioning. Nice pool. Washing facilities on site. it's not a 5 star hotel, But if you know this going in, it's a great place to stay.

Nothing really. I guess it would have been nice to have a little chair and table on the balcony but this didn't detract from an enjoyable stay

As other people have noted some of the furniture/ decor is a little tired but the place was clean and comfortable and this seems to have been a common combination in my price range across SE Asia. I only booked 2 days in advance but got an upgrade to a suite, which was great. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and be entertained nearby but no late night noise. Benjakitti park (10/12 mins walk) is a beautiful, tranquil oasis and, for me, much nicer and more interesting than Lumphini. There is a nice rooftop (only 5 storeys) pool and staff were friendly and helpful.I'd happily stay here again.

It was quite a walk to Sukhumvit Road along broken footpaths but there was an air conditioned shortcut half way through the Gourmet Market into Emsphere. The bathroom needs a real update. The shower over the bath is hard to manage as the water goes along the bath rim onto the floor. The lobby and rooms could do with a bit of an update.

A large room, ( larger than most) with a kitchen that is fitted out only to eat takeaway food, not cook, but that was all I needed. The bed was kingsize bed and had its own bathroom, all at a reasonable price . Great wifi.

Nothing not to like! The decor is a little dated, with lots of brown woodwork, but the room is clean and spacious.

A really spacious room, with small kitchenette, plus a little ‘office area’ which was great to sit and get some work done. Lots of storage space and shelving. Would be perfect for a longer stay. Good location for Sukhumvit area, just a 10 minute walk from the metro/ BTS. No noise from the street or other rooms in the hotel. The rooftop pool was also a bonus, providing a quiet oasis.

When the property arranges an airport transfer, you need to be sure you save enough cash to pay the driver because they can't charge it to your room or credit card. Fortunately there's an ATM across the street.

Huge room with two separate office nooks and kitchen area. Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Very walkable location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, a 7-eleven with an ATM right across the street, and maybe a 15 minute walk to the subway. I'll absolutely stay here again.
