The breakfast felt a bit over priced but it was all you can eat. Also the location is bit remote. I found myself wishing that I knew how to ride a scooter but you need to have an international license. I really wanted to get out and explore more without having to call a cab every time I wanted to go somewhere.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good though a little expensive. The rooms were nice and well appointed. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The way to get to your room was very confusing. Maybe add an outside lift that goes directly down to the pool from reception, not through another building.

Love the balcony overlooking the pool. Both restaurants were amazing.

The location is the biggest downside of this accommodation, as transportation is necessary to get around. However, we were aware of this when booking. The staff appeared somewhat uninterested and detached, though this could be understandable given the high volume of daily guests. The food prices at the hotel were also quite steep.

The accommodation itself was very comfortable. The pool was beautiful, even though we didn’t get a chance to swim. Special mention to the cleaner, Nam (if I recall correctly), who did an excellent job.

There was one problem: some employees don't smile at all and for example I had a paid breakfast but no one gave me some kind of "coupon" which they always ask for in the restaurant when having breakfast and I guess because I didn't have it some of the staff looked at me like a cheap sausage . Or it was due to something completely different. It was new to me in this "Land of Smiles".

The hotel is generally nice and clean. It takes about five minutes to walk to TriTrang Beach or Merlin Snorkel Beach. The breakfast is varied, but quite expensive. The pool area is nice and big. You can get pretty good food from the hotel's restaurants, but it's also expensive.

Requested a late check out, which i was happy to pay extra for and was told they needed room back, which is fair enough, so I asked about paying for extra or for a different room instead and told wasn’t possible. But I don’t believe the hotel was full, I think the receptionist couldn’t be bothered to help.

The sleeper couch wasn’t very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was not very good.

Good proximity to Merlin Beach, very kind staff. The shuttle to Jungceylon was very convenient.

The shuttle service to Patong Beach from the hotel is not free. There is no infrastructure in the vicinity of the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned well enough. Breakfasts are monotonous.

The hotel is not bad, but some things need to be improved. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are friendly

Modern bright resort about 15 minutes by car/ transport from Patong bay so in a quieter area but with shuttle bus access. Staff were very helpful and professionally friendly. The resort boasts 2 highly rated (on Tripadvisor) restaurants. Rooms well appointed and in great repair. Good breakfast options at additional cost.

Can’t fault anything!

Quiet… good for those who want to escape big families (good for families too tho) .. great location .. only a cheap taxi ride to the hustle n bustle of patong beach .. then back to relax … staff were excellent .. especially ‘kitchen table’ and and the waitress ‘Nong’ who deserves a raise! Excellent place to stay

The location wasn’t great of you want to keep going into Patong. They do offer a shuttle which you have to pay for and comes back an hour later which isn’t enough time really.

Lovely big room and clean shower room! The whole complex was really nice and there were lots of pools. The staff were really nice and helpful - helped us get to Phi Phi island easily. Especially loved the sunset bar staff! Make sure to follow the beach signs to find a nice secluded beach! Breakfast was great and all covered.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Was staying there as we were attending a wedding at the Marriott next door. Swim up pool room was gorgeous with a small kitchen area (if needed) tastefully decorated.
