How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A few hours after check-out we received a phone call asking us to pay electricity and water charges. This was not mentioned in the booking.com booking form or the Booking.com listing for the business. The host said that it is advertised on their own website. They clearly have not ensured this was communicated on the Booking.com listing. When I pointed this out they waived the fee (about 800 baht I believe). While this was gracious they need to get their communication in order. Thanks to the management for understanding issue.
Spacious, comfortable condo. Very clean with excellent bathroom and cooking facilities. Polite and helpful staff. The owner was very helpful when we first arrived and had trouble with the WiFi (which turned out to be my hardware fault). Thanks for your assistance.

Hua Hin was a 2 night stay. Comfortable room, and it was a connecting room, which was easier to us as we had kids with us. Location was near to all tourist attractions that easy to find things around. Beaches were so close to us, and the kids love it. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit not to the expectation as very limited choice and jot buffet. Overall, I liked the place and hotel.

Does not have a restaurant. You can order breakfast a head of time. Meaning the day prior the next morning. No beach access. You will have to walk about 2 km to get access to the beach. You are about 2km from where everything is
Friendly staff, informative to one’s needs. Room’s AC works great. Decent bed. Has 2 American tv/satellite stations (Fox News and abc news) there’s a 7-Eleven across the street and a pharmacy.

Bathroom was very dark, with poor lighting made it difficult to shave, etc .. this is my only minor problem with my stay. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

The location is a little isolated. I like exploring a area on foot and there is nothing nearby other than a beautiful grocery story and a noodles shop. You must have your own transportation or use bolt or the bus. There is nothing at all within walking distance
Very comfortable room in a modern hotel. Everything was perfect. They will fix you the breakfast of your choice in the morning. Nice ,new and modern.

Rooms were not soundproof. Was a bit isolated but was very easy to get into central Hua Hin.
Clean. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Several good restaurants nearby but takes some searching to find them.

Minor note, could be brighter lighting for sink mirror area.
Booked online 800 baht per night. Easy access from main road coming into Hua Hun, excellent parking. Nice reception, ok bfast and good value. Paid in morning thus 150 baht.

Mosquitoes everywhere. Bring repellant or mozzie coils, don't leave room windows open.
Ample parking, great location for those doing just a stopover as it's right along the main highway, no need to detour at all. Huge supermarket right next to it, plus a 7-11 just opposite.

While our stay at this hotel was exceptional overall, I’d like to share a couple of points for those considering it for future visits. The breakfast options, while made to order each morning, are somewhat limited, and the coffee provided is instant rather than freshly brewed. Additionally, the hotel is not within walking distance of major attractions. However, we found it very convenient to rent a car for our stay, as Hua Hin is an easy town to navigate by car, and it gave us the flexibility to explore at our own pace. Despite these minor points, everything else about our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hua Hin.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough—this will be my go-to destination whenever I visit Hua Hin from now on. The staff, including Pook, Aom, Grace, and Nueng, are absolutely exceptional. Over the course of our 14-day stay, they made us feel more like family than guests, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Their warmth and attentiveness left a lasting impression on us, and we will miss them greatly. The hotel itself is a model of cleanliness—nothing was overlooked, with the staff even scrubbing the hallway walls daily. The attention to detail is truly remarkable. Additionally, the staff’s English proficiency made communication a breeze, ensuring that we were always well taken care of. The hotel also offers a wonderful parking lot with a charming patio area, which was the perfect spot for a peaceful breakfast or a relaxing cup of coffee. To our surprise, the Villa Market is located right within the same parking lot, and it’s a fantastic find. This Western-style store carries everything from Hot Pockets and Kellogg’s cereals to take-out Thanksgiving items, making it an ideal spot for stocking up on familiar favorites. Overall, this hotel provided an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return. It's a true gem in Hua Hin!
