It's relatively new and the price is right! The fan dorm was adequate at the time I visited. Aircon was unnecessary. It's very concretey and not very social. The bathrooms are very close to your bed, you get woken every time your roommates have to go. I stayed there twice in two different beds and both could have done with a new mattress. Not as good as it looks from the outside.

We felt comfortable and at home! We lengthen the stay as soon as we arrived. The reception guy is helpful and responsive. You get a really good vibe from him! The room is clean, I think for the price is really great!

Our room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but reception sorted it out after we asked and got the room clean. Some rooms seem to have been done up by the pictures but a bit of paint in ours would’ve made a big difference

The hostel is new, everything you need is provided and the location is good. However, the mattress on the bunk I was allocated was broken and when I pointed it out to the manager, I was told something to the effect of "Tough luck, the joint is full." Never mind, it wasn't unbearable for two nights. You probably won't have that same issue anyway. The other thing was the bathroom in a dorm for four. Nobody's bunk was more than a couple of metres away from the door. I've never seen that before! Once again, not a deal-breaker and everything else was fine thanks 9Hostel.

It was noisy, only because of other guests, it was gone midnight and people were talking loudly right outside our room, however we were on the bottom floor where the lounge area is and this can’t be any fault of the owner at all.

We loved the location, there is a super cheap restaurant across the street, decent food and is perfect if you’re on a budget. The room had everything we needed for our nights stay, staff is super friendly and allowed us to leave our bags with them for hours.

Budget hostel with 5 star service. Clean soft bed. Very friendly owner. He braught me to the restaurant with his bike and offered me to take out the laundry of the washing machine. Also i was aloud to check out 1 hour later. Location is also very good.

The hostel is located in the old town, but not in the very center, which turned out to be a pleasant bonus—here, the atmosphere is much more tranquil, making it ideal for those who prefer peace and quiet after a busy day. The host of the hostel is a true professional, always ready to help and respond to any request. This really adds to your confidence and helps you feel comfortable and safe. He suggested leaving heavy belongings in the storage room, so you don't have to haul them up to the upper floor. This turned out to be very convenient. It's also worth mentioning that the other guests were very friendly and sociable, creating a warm atmosphere of camaraderie.

🥶 At night, the room got a bit cold but this is probably due to it being some particularly cold nights these days.

🏠 Clean room, clean bathroom with enough surface to put our things. There was also a fridge and a kettle in the room. 📍 The location is great, in walking distance you have plenty of nice temples, restaurants and convenience stores. By scooter you can explore the surroundings of Chiang Mai.

Really nice neighborhood and safe. All you need in walking distance. Friendly stuff, they will help you book tours. Rooms really simple but enough and cleaned every day. Just be aware that shower is in same room as toilet so it will be wet and sink is in common space in the room, so you'll hear your roommates do they hygiene. Which wasn't problem for me with my roommates. Just saying if you are light sleeper and sensitive to the sounds. I liked it here.🫰

There were people smoking (joints and cigarettes) on the hallway and the smoke would enter the room :( The hostel has potential, it just needs to be properly cleaned and repaired.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is located in proximity with several vegan restaurants. Free hot and cold water to drink (also the fridge in the room was great). I was lucky to stay on the second floor.

It doesn’t have air conditioning, but there is a fan that was sufficient. Otherwise, everything was great!

It was a good and centrally located accommodation. Everything within the square was easy to reach on foot. The staff were friendly, and everything was clean.
