Beautiful view, clean rooms and very friendly host. The greenery around is very picturesque and the calmness of this area is pristine , would definitely recommend! The host picked us up at the bus station ,changed our bed sheets + towels and even restrung the guitar for our daughter, super caring. You can find scooters for rent and the breakfast is big I will come back.

Moss built-up on the steps was very slippery. Although in a quiet area of Chiang Dao the road is very close behind so traffic noise is present. The accommodation is basic and very rustic so more suited to the adventurous. Would be nice to have some more big cushions for the furniture available.

Great accommodation for exploring Chiang Dao, especially as a group. Very natural feeling. We loved having the opportunity to stay in this unique property, overlooking the rice fields with the mountains behind, even in a wet weekend was something special. The bedrooms are cute with shutters opening up to the outside, with mosquito nets and a fan, also power outlets in the rooms. The host was very friendly and helpful and provided a good breakfast in the morning. There is a superb restaurant and cafe a short walk or drive along the road. The WiFi was surprising good throughout the property. Really incredible value, especially if traveling as a group.

Nung is a hero! Super nice guy who goes above and beyond to accommodate. Location is stunning — we had the entire place to ourselves, staying in the King room. The view is just epic.

Absolutely fabulous place. We stayed here for 2 nights and only wish we could have stayed for longer. The host was so friendly and helpful; picked us up from town, gave us bikes to use and plenty of helpful recommendations! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and everything about the room was perfect, especially the view.

Deng couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable. He was so inventive and provided clean towels every day and offered to clean the place each day. We had the whole place to ourselves which was incredible. The views are magical and the whole surrounding is super peaceful. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed, would highly recommend to anyone ☺️

The view was amazing in spite of the smoke season. The manager was awesome, and took a lot of time to make sure we had a great stay. He picked us, and dropped us off at the bus terminal, and helped us boarding the right bus. As expected the room was rustic and it was awesome to sleep in this condition. Definitely recommend.

The property is so lovely, the one thing to note is that it is a bit far from the town center, as well as from the temples. If you rent a bike you will be fine, however, it would be difficult to walk. The hotel owner connected me to a local taxi driver who was lovely and took me to places, however, it was 200 baht each way which can add up quickly.

The property is so beautiful, an outdoor indoor treehouse with a stunning view of the mountain. I was lucky to be upgraded to my one person room to the king suite with a private bathroom - the owner upgraded me so I could have privacy since a group would occupy the other rooms, so kind.

Lovely hosts who also rented a scooter to us and even dropped us off at the bus stop. The rooms are special and quite the experience with a fantastic view . Definitely a special guesthouse. We really enjoyed our stay!

This isn’t a place for you if you need things spotless. Sometimes the road is a bit noisy .

Bed is really flat and hard. It constantly kept me awake during night. I wish that the owner should improve the surrounding area to make it looks nicers, such as garden and grass.

Breakfast is great. It's all that you need. There are fridge, microwave, kettle, tea & coffee facilities in common area. Shared bathrooms are very clean (one on the 2nd floor and two bathrooms on the ground floor). Staff are very nice and friendly. There is coffee shop & restaurant nearby the place. It's just 1.7 KM (or 15 min by walk) where they serve hot meal (lunch & dinner) and drink. View of the restaurant is really great, especially during the sunset.

Without bikes/motor bike it’s a 1 mile walk to shops/town so be organised and hire these asap as all scooters were rented when we wanted them. Hotel has two push bikes if you’re happy to cycle! Remote location without food readily available as no restaurant at hotel.

Wonderful managers who own/run the hotel. Very friendly and helpful, helped to hire bikes from local shop and loaned us two for no charge. The hotel is is truly unique, a treehouse cabin with beautiful views across rice fields to mountain. Free breakfast despite very cheap nightly rate!

Beds can be too short if you are tall, hot water not always consistent.

For me it was amazing - little bit isolated, quiet and romantic old Thai house in the middle of nowhere. I loved the design and the room, personally I think they were beautiful. Must be really cool when the rice fields are green. The man who is taking care of the house is super nice and we got to know the lovely dog too.

The accommodation is slightly shaded by the hill so we did get a bit cold during our stay in January, though most of the year this would certainly be a benefit! The bed was quite hard and the shower didn't get hot but these are things we expected as the property was never advertised as luxury, and everything else more then made up for it. Overall we loved it!the price was also very reasonable so hard to fault it.

Fantastic location and view, and incredible hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The dog that lives on site is really friendly and lovely to have around. The hosts picked us up from the coach station without us even asking / organising which was lovely, and then took us to rent a scooter too. The breakfast was also really tasty and very relaxed.

The view from 467 is the best view we experienced in Chiang Dao. The whole place is super clean and airy. The owners are super friendly. They organised hiking with a local guide that finished at the hot springs, which I highly recommend. The atmosphere at 467 is so tranquil and peaceful we wished we'd stayed longer.
